Este condominio directo frente al golfo se encuentra en el séptimo piso, lo suficientemente alto como para tener excelentes vistas panorámicas sin los ruidos ruidosos de la playa y la piscina.

Este condominio de una habitación y dos baños tiene baldosas renovadas en todo el hotel con paredes recién pintadas y muebles nuevos. Tiene magníficas vistas directas al golfo directo (playa y piscina) desde el balcón y capacidad para 6 personas con una cama king size (muy cómoda) en el dormitorio principal, tamaño queen convertible
Sofá cama y dos literas de pasillo.

El condominio está equipado con muchas necesidades para sus fabulosas vacaciones. Se proporcionan sábanas para todas las camas y toallas adecuadas para los baños. La cocina está equipada con microondas, cafetera, tostadora y licuadora. También encontrará muchos utensilios de cocina útiles junto con ollas y sartenes para cocinar.

También vale la pena señalar que Tradewinds tiene solo 107 unidades de condominio, por lo que la playa está mucho menos concurrida que los edificios de mega condominios. The view was great! For that price the condo should have a few updates. Most importantly a clean shower curtain. Yours is very moldy. The dryer vent is rusted out and very loud. Silverware should match and coffee cups should not be chipped. The mattress needs to be replaced, a foam pad doesn’t help.You asked.

Wi-Fi only worked intermittently. Service techs came music week but couldn’t fix it so we were forced to just deal with resetting the router every 15-20 mins. Shower curtain had to be replaced by owner as it had mold growing on it. Pool and beach front were nice.

This was an excellent choice for our family of 3! We would highly recommend it. Tammy was fantastic and answered any questions quickly. Beach access is short walk. Relatively small condo so elevators are never delayed unlike the bigger ones. Would definitely return

My family as a whole loved our stay. It is a great location on the beach and a great view from the balcony! The place was really clean and tidy! Mrs. Tammy communicated very well and even called and checked on us to make sure we were good! It was perfect and we have no complaints at all!!

Dirty

The place is cute, and a great ocean front view, but the place was very dirty, there was pee on the toilet, floors were gross our feet were black, wrappers of some sort on the floors like they were not swept and mopped, kitchen was dirty, and the beds were very uncomfortable. We did stay, I cleaned the place and sent all before and after pictures to the owner and cleaned very well when we left. I hate to complain but I thought she should know, she thanked me for the pictures and cleaning and said she would refund me some of our money but never did. Also it was a hassle trying to get our parking permit.

Excellent gulf view. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week we stayed. The owner was very easy to work with and was always available. Will definitely book with Tammy again.

Great View, Horrible Beds

The view was great, but the beds are so uncomfortable. The listing states “very comfortable” king bed. The bed was the worst we have ever slept on. The sleeper sofa is not a queen, more like a full. I thought maybe it would be better since the king bed was so bad, no it was worse. The bunk beds would need to be for a child under 5’ (I’m 5’4” and my leg hung out the bed to lay down). The photos are accurate, but I would not rent this for more than 2 adults. Our parking pass was not there when we got to the unit. The owner did answer when I called her, but we had to talk to security and explain the maid forgot to leave it and hope our vehicle wouldn’t be towed. The next morning the owner said she couldn’t get in touch with the maid and asked us to drive to the office (5 minutes away I googled the address she sent) and buy another parking pass. She said she would refund the one we had already bought. This was aggravating because we were trying to enjoy our vacation, so I politely explained that wasn’t our responsibility. An hour later I heard two knocks and a man ran into the unit with the pass. I wish she would have told me someone was coming, thankfully I was dressed, but it startled me. The air conditioner keeps the unit cool, but it is very loud. The mirror in the master bathroom had fallen off the wall (before we got there) and was just leaned up against the wall. There needs to be some TLC to details, a full length mirror, and a new comfortable king bed and this would be a 5 star place.

Very nice, right on the water

Clean, Comfortable and safe. The only thing I missed not having was a full length mirror just because we went out a lot. If we had kids or anybody else I don't think it would be convenient to have the bunk beds in the hallway if it was a long stay. Definitely would recommend. Tammy was awesome with communication!

Orange beach condo

Great beach location. Good local seafood restaurants nearby. The beach wasn't too crowded. The condo itself was nice but they could use a better cleaning crew. The bunk bed sheets were dirty. Also needs a few updates too like better placed electrical outlets to charge phones near beds, a modern keurig coffee maker, and a new washer dryer unit bc the dryer is very, very loud. Overall it was fine for a quick 4 night stay.

DISAPPOINTING

FIrst of all, the grounds and building of the Tradewinds were in poor repair. Probably the most unattractive building in the area. Plaster falling off the walls in the in/outdoor pool areas. Everything needed painting. Gounds in general very unappealling.....dumsters in the front of the building as you walk in. These things could have been overlooked if you had a great room to go to.....NOT THE CASE !!! Believe it or not, there was not a place to seat 4 people. We wanted to have friends over for dinner but could not. The website shows a table with chairs on the balcony....there was none. Tammy said it was damaged. When I asked her to replace it, she ignored me and did not respond to my phone calls or emails for the remainder of the month we were there. She will probably use a tornado in the area where she lives as an excuse for not responding.. Funny....she broke off communications as soon as I asked for things to get corrected. The remote did not work for the old fashion TV or the DVD player. I had to buy a FIrestick to be able to watch TV. Luckily Amazon had it there in 2 days. The dryer was so old (was rusty on the inside) and soooo noisy we had to dry clothes while we were out of the unit. Cabinet door above the microwave fell off the hinge. I fixed it. Shower curtain rods were rusty. The furniture in general was old and a Hodge-podge collection of furniture way too large for such a small unit. I was a vacation property owner myself in Sanibel. These people have no idea how to furnish a place to make it comfortable. NO screens or curtains on the patio door. The bed was old and noisy. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. Some of the other reviews amazingly said this was a good place to stay - don't believe it. I will say the location was good and the ocean view was excellent. Even with that being said, do yourself a favor....stay somewhere else!!! I will never stay here again!!!

Our family loves to travel to the beach to enjoy Alabama's beautiful white sandy beaches. As a young girl, I remember traveling to Gulf Shores during spring break and the summer. It was always my dream to own a condo on the beach. After all of this time, it has come true. Our children now enjoy playing in the gulf and fishing off of the longest fishing pier in the Gulf of Mexico. After a long day on the beach, we like to find a place to dine and eat plenty of fresh seafood. We hope you decide to visit our condo and relax on the breath taking views from our unit as the sun sets every evening!

This is a very friendly and well maintained condo complex! We love the location because it is located in the center of many attractions in Orange Beach. Our family has created many wonderful memories on the beach each year. We love relaxing on the beach and eating the delicious fresh seafood. You will also enjoy this perfect location in Orange Beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It is centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants and fun filled family activities. Adventure Island it located directly across the road which has put-put golf, laser tag, and tons of arcade games. Souvenir shops are just around the corner. One of the greatest aspects of this condo is to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the gulf front balcony. What a way to spend time with your family and friends!!
