CHARLIE’s place a guest suite in entire home/apt

Charlie’s place is a 2 bedroom, one bath guest suite, with a spacious living room, AND kitchen. Rental includes access to an awesome lounge patio and Grill with a private pool that our guests can share with the residents of the home. It’s Located in a great safe neighborhood within walking distance of the lake, and it’s only be a short drive away from downtown Nashville, BNA, major shopping malls, and much more. Being right outside of music city you’ll be close enough to join in all the fun, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville to be able to get some real R&R.

The guest suite and outdoor areas were lovely as pictured. The pool and lounging areas provided a great oasis outdoors during the day and at night. Loved all the thoughtful amenities and personal touches everywhere. Charlie and Richard were great hosts, and Pearl was a sweety. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the Nashville area.

Check-in was a breeze! the property is beautiful and kept up. The guest suite was very clean & had all the utensils need kitchen, very soft bath towels. We took an Uber downtown, just 20 mins away. Love the patio and pool!! a very relaxing place and I cannot speak highly enough about our host Charlie!! super sweet & friendly! I will be coming back for many more years! YOU will not be disappointed!!Oh and the beds were nice, rooms decorated very cute and welcoming. ALL the necessities you could want.

Amazing! We wanted relaxation at the place we stayed- with a chill pool. We got that and so much more! Yes- it’s a bit from downtown Nashville- never had a problem getting an Uber/lyft. Then had an oasis in the country. Delivery of groceries is possible- but don’t plan on walking for items or to restaurants. Charlie has put so much thought into your stay there! Details that make your trip more memorable. It’s like you are staying with a friend. If you are lucky you will leave with new friends and like us- knowing you will be back at Charlie’s Place. Charlie, Richard, and Pearl added to an amazing first VRBO vacation for our 25th anniversary.

Great Place

Very clean and comfortable. We not only enjoyed downtown Nashville, but also exploring Old Hickory Lake and nearby marina. The pool right outside your door is a bonus too. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.
