The kitchen overlooks the living area with Pilbara fire for cosy winter nights, split system heating and cooling and large lounge suite, leading out to the decking with outdoor setting and family-sized gas bbq.

Downstairs you will find the second living area with polished floor boards, split system heating and cooling, tv & dvd, looking out to the garden.
