The pool is fantastic, the home cinema and spas were great, and there’s plenty of different spaces for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the ceiling fans in all the rooms distributed the cold air from the upstairs and downstairs reverse cycles efficiently…we will be back again

Family vaccay

Really wrapped with our stay! The house was awesome.. kids were in the pool for most of the day, then at night enjoyed the theatre room at night. Cooked a BBQ on one of the nights and loved sitting around the beautiful wooden table with bench seats and a couple of chairs enough to accommodate our family. It was a beautiful spot where we walked to the beach and up to the Forrest caves on low tide and checked out the rock pools. As far as I know we all had pretty good beds too. The only problem was the holiday wasn’t Long enough!! Hope to return again. Thanks Lucas for your hospitality too, absolute champ!

Very sub standard

Good location. Pool and movie room are great. As for the rest of the property it leaves a lot to be desired. Oven and fridge were filthy dirty. The only heating for all the bedrooms upstairs wasn’t working. The downstairs bathroom had dripping taps.broken slippery tiles to get inside from the pool. Overall the property is badly in need of a lot of maintenance. Paid top price for a very poor property.

Enjoyable family Easter holiday

We had a great time staying at the property. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool and home theatre. The property is a short and easy stroll to the rock pools and Forrest Caves, and a short drive to the Chocolate Factory and Churchill Island. Communication with the host was always prompt and informative. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend.

Fantastic!!!

As indicated by my 5 Stars for all aspects of the property & the process of booking, this was a wonderful experience. Lucas was a delight to deal with & the property was exactly as indicated in the listing, as were the photos very accurate. We had 8 adults & 4 children as well as 2 dogs. Everyone agreed it was a terrific long weekend away. The Indoor heated swimming pool was great entertainment for the whole family & the Theatre room was such a fun experience. The beds were comfy as were the couches & the fully fenced yard was secure for the kids to play & the dogs to roam. Couldn’t recommend this home more highly. Thanks Lucas from all our family.

House to entertain

It’s a great house to entertain family and friends. We rented it for a whole weekend, did not need to go anywhere else the entire time. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and home theater!

Amazing Getaway

We had the most beautiful stay! We could not fault anything! There was so much to do just at the accommodation with the home theatre, pool and spa! Something for everyone! Lucas and family were so amazing to deal with and nothing was an issue and even had the fire going for when we arrived! Thank you so much again and we will be back!

Phillip island holiday

We enjoyed Phillip island very much. Lots to do Go kart racing, penguins, Churchill Island nature walks on the beach. The house was a bit tired it could do with a bit of TLC, a coat of paint and a good clean. The pool was as described at over 30 degrees 👌 and the gardens are well kept.

Simply brilliant.

Amazing property. Loads of entertainment for the kids, huge block to roam, sounds of waves across the road. Loved the layout of house, plenty of room for kids to enjoy. Will certainly recommend to anyone. Especially if you have trouble like me keeping kids entertained on holidays.

Phillip Island Stay

The property was a bit disappointing as the downstairs area is a bit tired, kitchen needs a refurb and we had some issues with ants that kept appearing around the kitchen bench. Couldn't get the kitchen exhaust canopy over the stove to work, frypans provided were in need of replacing. It was the most expensive property we have stayed at so far and a bit overpriced for just couples. No air con in the master bedroom, which we are used to at home. We spent most of our time during the days exploring the Island and so didn't fully utilise all the facilities in the house. Didn't use the outdoor spa or theatre room and didn't spend much time in the pool. However if the weather wasn't so good, it would be great for families as the indoor pool to the rear of the property is excellent. Also not a lot of instructions for things like wifi password, remote controls, washing machine etc.

AWESOME PLACE!

Great location nice and close to the MotoGP track Phillip Island. Plenty of space and room and lots of parking. The pool and spa were awesome great to relax and to keep the kids busy. Recommend booking this place if you were going to stay in the area it is fantastic!

Love the location of this house, away from the hectic crowds of the extremely busy peak holiday periods. We believe the beach across the road is one of the Islands best and doesn't get anywhere near as crowded, often having the magnificent beach all to ourselves.
