30 Mountainview Ave Ventnor - A short stroll to the Beach

This well presented home has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave and gas cooking. Watch a dvd in the main lounge on the large flat screen tv or relax in the sitting area whilst reading a book or listening to some music on the stereo. Those cold nights can be forgotten when sitting by the wood heater!

Enjoy a bbq on the back deck or a friendly game of pool overlooking the large back yard watching the children play. The property is fully fenced and perfect for keeping the family dog safe!

Great beach house in wonderful location

The house and yard was spacious and very comfortable. The kids loved the big backyard and it was a 4 minute stroll to the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped. We loved the fireplace on the chilly evenings. Having no washing machine was regretful as we stayed over a week.
