Situated in the heart of the city, this 3-bedroom vacation home accommodates 8 guests. It features 1 separate living room. Enjoy a patio for outdoor relaxation. Why they chose this property

We bought this house because it had been sitting empty for 3 years due to a fire - open to the world and looking pretty sad. Great little neighborhood. Perfect spot for visiting the Phoenix area (& family) when we retire and for others when we're not there. Loved the challenge of putting it back together and making it fun and fabulous. Such a great vibe. So much to do close by and a perfect central spot for exploring the great area that is Phoenix!

What makes this property unique

Love the arched doorways and tile floors. Kept that "vintage" mid-century feel with the kitchen. Great big rear patio & backyard. Super comfy beds. And the colors just make me smile!
