Plenty of access to shops and food nearby. The kitchen was spacious and clean and there were plenty of dishes to use. We really loved the puzzles that we could put together and had fun with those during down times. The couches were very comfy.

The host was great with good communication & nice amenities in home. Rating would be higher except 2 issues impacting our sleep: 1) a neighbor dog barked incessantly each night for quite some time 2) a freight train runs nearby in vicinity blaring horn including at near 2 am each night. Overall house was nice, clean, served our purpose well. Simply is a consideration of the noise which impacted my family, perhaps it would be less of an issue for others whom are light sleepers like us.

Wonderful stay!

We came to Glendale for a concert, this was the perfect spot for our stay! We had plenty of room, everything we needed was provided for us and our uber back & forth for the show wasn’t too expensive. If we are back in Glendale we will definitely stay again!

The host was very welcoming of our pets, which was great and it served our needs well enough. However the house wasn't as clean as we had hoped, it had a pee smells in certain areas of the house. The neighborhood was alright, but you do have to leave the immediate area to get to any nice restaurants.

This place was everything we could've asked for

We stayed here for a weekend with our 2 dogs and we loved it. The dogs LOVED the backyard. It was everything we wanted in a place to stay. It was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. We will definitely try to stay here again when we go back to Phoenix!

Great stay in an ok neighborhood

The house and supplies were very nice and were just as promised. There were some pretty scary dogs in the neighborhood behind low fences that made walking our dog a bit tense. We enjoyed staying at the house and had great access to ballparks and hiking trails.

Everything you need

We had such a cozy wonderful stay here, one of the first places I have ever had such pet friendly accommodations. My sweet apartment dogs had the absolute best time playing house and living it up in the back yard. We did not want to leave, we started to feel at home so we will definitely look to staying here again when visiting the area again. Not to mention the host Amanda was so prompt and attentive to our needs. Thanks a million!!

Perfect for a small group

We stayed here with our two teenage grandsons and our dogs. It was very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was very secure for our pets. The host responded quickly to all my inquiries. It was a quiet neighborhood to walk our dogs, and lots of restaurants and stores close by. The kitchen was well supplied, which was a bonus. Definitely would recommend this property.

perfect for what we needed

This was our first time staying in a VRBO. The house had plenty of room for our family and dogs. The to do's and to don'ts were clearly labeled throughout the house. It was in close distance for our purpose in Glendale. Host was available and straightforward.

Quick weekend trip

We stayed here with my in laws so that we could attend my husbands graduation. We also had our two small dogs traveling with us. The house is wonderful and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. The yard was perfect for letting our dogs run around in the mornings. There are a number of great restaurants within 10-15 minutes of the property so the location is great. We had zero issue contacting the host with any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely book this house again in the future

This property was very dirty. The furniture was dirty and nasty, the beds had dirty piss stained sheets. The floors was dirty the rugs on the floors where dirty. This property looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time.

Are you sure you're reviewing the correct stay? The house was spotless, all linens feshly laundered, carpets were professionally cleaned (annualy done by Stanley Steamer) begining of December. It does seem strange that if there was some kind of issue why would you not have contacted us?

Why they chose this property

We bought this house because it had been sitting empty for 3 years due to a fire - open to the world and looking pretty sad. Great little neighborhood. Perfect spot for visiting the Phoenix area (& family) when we retire and for others when we're not there. Loved the challenge of putting it back together and making it fun and fabulous. Such a great vibe. So much to do close by and a perfect central spot for exploring the great area that is Phoenix!

What makes this property unique

Love the arched doorways and tile floors. Kept that "vintage" mid-century feel with the kitchen. Great big rear patio & backyard. Super comfy beds. And the colors just make me smile!
