Randy was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay for a high schooler’s baseball tournament. Better than getting hotel rooms. No complaints about the place or stay at all, pretty much as advertised. We did a bit of cooking, and it accommodated us well enough, but the pots and pans could use an update. It seemed to have all of the necessities for cooking meals otherwise. Beds were comfortable. Good size TV in main room. Couch and chairs were cozy too. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in Surprise. The home was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. The host was quick to respond and was always very accommodating. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for baseball.

Great stay in Surprise

The home was super clean and really nice. It was updated and decorated nicely. We had a little trouble with a chair and Randy came right over. Super nice guy. Highly recommend the house.

Comfy cozy

This is a great house to stay at in Surprise, especially in the Marley Park neighborhood. The house was very clean, has all the amenities you would need and the host is so friendly. We look forward to staying there again!

Excellent stay

Lovely, comfortable home. Only stayed two nights but home has everything you need. Communication with host was timely and great. Plenty of room for the three of us girlfriends.

Great stay for family trip.

Great property, owner communication was clear and always prompt.

Wanted a home near where any son and his family live in Surprise. So close to my son’s house and close to restaurants and movie theater. Property was clean and spacious.

OK Stay

Property was in great location for what we wanted to do. Somewhat disappointed the hot tub was out of order and could not be repaired during our stay. It would have made things more enjoyable. Somewhat surprised we were not offered any kind of discount as that was a big selling point.

Short stay for our daughter's graduation.

The kitchen and overall house was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the games in the closet. The house was very close to our venue for Saturday. Unfortunately we were told a few ours before arriving the hot tub was out of order. We were unable to get on the WiFi until we finally located the box to reset. We were frustrated that we couldn't load the dishwasher and start it before leaving our stay but had to wash all the dishes before leaving. As just loading and starting the dishwasher before leaving has always been the custom in the places we have used before. The ice maker didn't work and that was a little inconvenient. Overall the stay went well.

We are both retired. Grew up in Huntington Beach, CA 2nd generation. Married 1969 - High School Sweethearts. We moved to Irvine, CA for 33 years then came to Surprise to retire. We have 2 wonderful daughters and 5 grandchildren. We love Arizona, whether it's summer time or winter and enjoying baseball and the outdoors. We love boating with our family and friends and hiking the White Tanks.

Baseball is our favorite pastime, as well as our children and grandchildren. We live in the same community as our rental and being within walking distance from Surprise Stadium is a real plus. We purchased this home as a new build, while still in California, so we could come and visit family and friends and use as a vacation home for ourselves. So when we retired we bought another new build in the same community and retired to enjoy life in the sunshine and baseball. So our AZ retreat home is now open for everyone to enjoy what we discovered in Surprise.
