This three bedroom beach house is located just seconds from Bird Rock lookout, Jan Juc shops, the waterfront reserve walking tracks and the magnificient Jan Juc beach (access via Little Rock Steps is 550 metres away). Comprising an open plan lounge and dining area which opens out to a large outdoor entertaining deck complete with gas BBQ and outdoor setting this home also features reverse air conditioner and wood heating to cover all weather. Set in a quiet street with plenty of off street parking this home is ideal for the keen beach goers!
Bob Pettit Reserve is minutes away to keep the little ones entertained with a large football oval, bike jumps, skate park and a huge play ground.

Full linen is provided - just need to bring your own beach towels.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location we enjoyed having a meal at the Rock cafe and local hotel. other than Covid everything was good.
