Nestled in the heart of the coastal city of Virginia Beach where all of the area’s greatest attractions will be right at your fingertips. This coastal beach studio offers a space-maximizing layout which includes kitchenette with full size appliances, self-check-in, Wi-Fi, one queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, one reserved parking space, swimming pool, coin operated laundry, large BBQ area with gas grill, and a beachside lawn with tables and chairs and private balcony. All on the desirable north end of the Virginia Beach boardwalk. This small oceanfront complex is one of a kind, a great place for couples or a small family. Good Stay

Overall it was a good trip. The property had a good side view of the ocean and was well prepped with the music playing and nice chocolates. It was a bit small for 3 adults. Better for a single person or couple.

Great location for 8 days. Only got in our vehicle 4 times to go anywhere because everything we need was right there or within walking distance.

Quaint place

Clean, recently updated studio. The building itself is older, but the place is being kept and remodeled in areas. There are stairs to climb, no elevator. Didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind. The view is accurate from the first picture. The ocean is seen, but you are on the side of the building, so it’s not direct ocean front. The amenities were great! Towels, sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board. Everything to make our stay easy. We liked that the area wasn’t too busy being at the end of the boardwalk, yet you can easily access all the activities of Virginia Beach and the boardwalk. We enjoyed using the provided bikes also. We met a couple of the permanent residents of the building who were super nice. The Host was helpful and very quick to respond to a couple of our questions.

Adorable little apartment

Loved this location. Loved the cute little suite, although it was much smaller than anticipated. We thought there was a separate bedroom and with a queen size bed, it was a bit tight. We made it work, though. The owner was wonderful. A beach chair broke on the 2nd day and he brought a new one within 1/2 hr of emailing him. The place was clean and stocked with all sorts of kitchen items for you to use if you chose to cook!

Oceanside Studio

Perfect for our mini vacation! Exactly as advertised and a very nice spot for a couple who wants to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. Excellent dining right downstairs, and others within walking distance. Would book again.

Short get away

My husband and I enjoyed our short get away. The studio is so cute and clean. The location is perfect! We had gorgeous weather for October and we were able to take advantage of the patio and the gorgeous views. The studio was perfect, had everything we needed! We loved it!!!

Place with great location very clean but the building looks like it needs a good renovation on the exterior the Care taker was doing a great job keeping everything clean the small apartment has everything you need for a couple over all good experience

Great little place

As soon as we walked in, Jerry Lynn had the tv set to play music to welcome us. It was very clean and had everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels to name a few things. They even have bikes to use on the bike path that's right there. Also there's a nice pool with a view of the ocean on the side. It's a cute cottage type place built in the 1940s, at the very end of the boardwalk.. nice and quiet. There's a 7-11 across the street.The communication between us and Randy and Jerry Lynn were top notch. She even came by to fix a blind for us.. such nice people. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Perfect little apartment!

My cousin and I loved this studio! It had everything we needed and was very clean and well taken care of. the neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of lots of great shops and restaurants! We had the best and most restful time staying.

Steps away from the beach

The studio apartment with balcony was perfect. The boardwalk and beach just steps away. Restaurants close by too. Sitting on the lounge chair on the grassy space watching the dolphins swim by in the early evening was magic. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

We checked into the right place !

Right on the beach, and great location this studio was perfect for my husband , 6 year old and I. My son was so excited to get a little chocolate treat upon arrival. Very clean and very cozy. We felt right at home. The bed was comfortable , the pull out couch was great for our son. The owners really did think of everything we may need. Towels, soap, mini cooler , beach chairs , bikes, modern and fully functional kitchen. While the balcony is not oceanfront you can see a great portion of the ocean from it and we enjoyed seeing the palm trees that were in front of the balcony area. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the layout of this studio. The property itself was clean and well kept; quiet. Nice seating areas throughout . We loved the lounge area that faced the beach directly ; we caught the sunrise from there. We took the trolley that stops right near the studio down to the lively part of the Virginia Beach boardwalk and saw the best fireworks we’ve ever seen right on the beach for the 4th of July. The trolleys are always running so they take you right back to the studio. We really enjoyed our stay and would 10/10 recommend.

We live here in Virginia Beach and love coming to the oceanfront. We have walked by this property many times while taking our kids to play volleyball on the beach, as well as biking in from the north end. The property always caught our eye because of how cozy it looked. There always seemed to be a lot of fun going on. So, when the opportunity to buy a unit here we knew this was a great fit for us. We have been in the hospitality business for over 34 years. We would love to help others enjoy this paradise we have been so fortunate to experience.

This property is located right at the beach at the end of the boardwalk at 40th and Atlantic. I like to call it the quieter side of the boardwalk. You do not have to drive anywhere. Everything is truly in walking distance or biking distance. So much to do in Virginia Beach. Everyone is super friendly here too.
