Nouveau! Villa spacieuse avec piscine privée en H. Pinilla - Fabuleux pour les familles!

Casa de Colorado est une maison de vacances spacieuse située dans le quartier pratique et fermé de Reserva de Golf au sein de Hacienda Pinilla. Une maison de 4 chambres / 4 salles de bain sur un seul étage avec de beaux jardins, une piscine privée et des patios paisibles. C'est la configuration idéale pour les familles ou les couples voyageant ensemble.
La maison a été achevée début 2019. Tout est neuf et frais. Toutes les boiseries sont fabriquées sur mesure par un charpentier local. Unités de climatisation dans chaque chambre. Des ventilateurs dans chaque piÚce à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.
Des espaces verts et un parc se trouvent en face de la maison (pas une autre maison). Il y a une piscine privée avec une terrasse et des jardins à l'arriÚre. Patios et aires de repos à l'avant et à l'arriÚre de la maison.
Vous entendrez des oiseaux et peut-ĂȘtre des singes Ă  l'aube et au crĂ©puscule. Vous pouvez voir des colibris dans les jardins avant tout en dĂ©gustant votre cafĂ© du matin. Et il y a un arbre dans le coin arriĂšre oĂč les perruches s'assemblent en fin d'aprĂšs-midi.
La chambre principale a un lit king-size, sa propre salle de bain comprenant une baignoire et une porte donnant sur la cour / la piscine.
La chambre du milieu a 2 lits jumeaux et sa propre salle de bain. Une grande chambre pour les enfants.
La chambre avant est grande avec un lit queen size et un lit simple plus petit (idéal pour les moins de 8 ans).
La 4Ăšme chambre a un lit queen size et partage une salle de bain complĂšte dans le couloir.
La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et prĂȘte pour les grands ou les petits repas.
Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse, ainsi qu'une piÚce extérieure verrouillée pour vos planches de surf, planche de surf et autres articles de plage.

Excellent stay at Casa de Colorado

This property is well appointed inside and out with ample seating whether I was wet from the pool, or stepping out for morning coffee in the breeze. This is an excellent property for those who seeking 80 to 90 degree temperatures in January/February. The gated community was very safe, with many amenities nearby. We enjoyed the area beach clubs and Hacienda Pinnilla golf especially.

Beautiful home

Tonya was a fantastic host. Her home was absolutely perfect for our party of 8. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Great home for first-timers to CR. Doubled gated community. We felt perfectly safe at all times. Beach access by JW Marriott where we had a wonderful time sunbathing, swimming and even snorkeling. We also enjoyed night time swim, hanging out and gazing at the stars by the private pool in the backyard. Would definitely stay here again!

Casa Colorado is great

We had a wonderful week at Tonya’s place. Beautiful home. Beautiful property. Beautiful area. Private pool is amazing. Home is so nice. Safe. Secure. Clean. Easy enough with a rental car to get around. We visited beaches and attractions to the north and the south. Real quick drive down to several close beaches for sunsets and swims. If I had to list minor concerns that aren’t really related to the home it would be the construction that’s going on all around Hacienda Pinilla. Place is growing so fast. Pretty loud at the Beach Club as they’re working on the satellite bar area. Waves were small during my trip. And lots of leaves blowing into the pool, but landscapers and the pool dudes took care of that a couple times during our stay. Oh - food and drink prices are keeping pace with US inflation too. But you can save a bit of money by preparing meals at home, and the house is well equipped for dining in. Gate attendants are all smiles while keeping the grounds secure. Dirt roads to the south were actually in pretty good shape as opposed to previous times I’ve stayed in the area. Anyway. We love Guanacaste and can’t wait to return. Thanks for sharing your home Tonya.

A wonderful week!

Our family (4 adults, 3 kids) had such a great time at Casa de Colorado. The home was extremely well-appointed and we had everything we needed to cook/grill, lounge, and board game/puzzle! Tonya was very responsive to any of our needs/questions. The Beach Club access and amenities were an amazing addition! We enjoyed ziplining, horseback riding, sailing, and mountain biking all nearby. We felt safe at all times. We will forever hold the memories made close to our hearts. Thank you! Pura Vida!

Enjoyed our stay

Overall the stay was wonderful, with a few exceptions. The kitchen needs to be better equipped for cooking for 8, the pool needs to be cleaned more often, and the oven couldn’t be used for a week during our stay. The property manager was great and helpful when needed. Access to the Beach Club is a real bonus, like staying in a 5 star resort with all the amenities and very affordable. We loved Yoga on the beach, biking the many trails and best of all the beautiful uncrowded beaches. We felt safe and enjoyed dining with Chef Sebastian, amazing restaurants in Tamarindo and Playa Avellana.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had an amazing time in Hacienda Pinilla. The property was just as described in the listing and everything was clean and well taken care of. We also rented a golf cart and that was an excellent way to get to the beach club, golf and around the neighborhood. Tonya, our host was very responsive and answered all the questions we had . Excellent time had by all.

Beautiful home and pool surrounded by nature!

Our group of six adults thoroughly enjoyed Casa Colorado. The home was clean and well organized and we were able to find everything we needed for our one week stay. The birds and monkeys in the trees were very interesting to watch while we enjoyed the warm beautiful pool in the backyard. Tonya our host was very responsive and any inquiries or requests that we made were promptly answered. The back covered porch was great for keeping out of the hot sun while enjoying being outdoors. A suggestion for the kitchen would be to have plastic wine glasses and a wine bottle opener for guests to enjoy sipping wine in the backyard. The beaches in the community and in Tamarindo were really beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean very much and tried surfing for the first time which was really fun!! It would also be great for the Hacienda Pinilla community if the road from the main highway to the front gate of the community were in better condition or paved, it was being worked on when we arrived and it was really not a good introduction to the community. We really enjoyed Lola’s, the Marriott hotel and the town of Tamarindo. They were great to visit for dinners, shopping etc. while staying at the Villa! The weather was extremely hot when we visited in February so sadly we did not choose to take advantage of the biking and horseback riding in the community but perhaps another time we would like to do that or perhaps very early in the day!! We really enjoyed our visit and I would recommend Casa Colorado if you want to visit in the Tamarindo area.

Highly recommend the house for larger families, two adults and 5 kids had plenty of room. Very responsive local manager who was helpful when needed. We would return!

An Amazing week in paradise.

The location of this house is amazing. There is so much to do just within the subdivision. The beach club and beaches are awesome. The mountain bike trails allow you to get in to the backcountry so does the horseback riding. There are a selection of restaurants between the beach club and the JW Marriott. Not far is Lolas and about 20 mins from Tamarindo if you want a nightlife. Love this houses layout and decor. The landscaping is great which attract the birds. We will return.

Tranquil

This house was amazing. We loved our stay at CasaColorado. As soon as you park your car, you will fall in love. Floor plan, landscaping, back yard, pool. Loved the tranquility and beautiful birds. Hacienda Panilla is what dreams are made of. Top notch security, few minutes drive to three beautiful beaches. Can’t say enough great things. We’ll stay there again. Hopefully soon.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Casa de Colorado is a ranch style villa located in the guarded Reserva de Golf community of Hacienda Pinilla. The villa is situated on a large rotunda park and approximately 900m from the Pacific Ocean. The villa is crafted from local topical hardwoods and stone.

The villa features a private saline/salt pool, and lush tropical gardens with a variety of trees around the property. A covered front porch and back patio space provide a welcome escape from the tropical sun (or heavy rains depending on the season).

Ceiling fans and A/C units are located throughout the house.
