About this property

A Comfortable Home Close to the Beach


A comfortable house (1,130 sq. ft) close to the bay side of the presqu’il de Quiberon, 0.25 mile to the beach, less than a quarter mile to the grocery shops and the farmers market (every Thursday morning), the train station is 0.3 mile away (the local train only runs in July and August), close to a bus stop, close to the center of thalassotherapy, less than 2 miles from the wild coast side of the presqu’ile. The megaliths of Carnac are half an hour away by car. The house has 4 bedrooms. The first floor has one bedroom, shower, and a separate WC, a living room/kitchen with remotely controlled shutters, a terrace with a remotely controlled pergola. The second floor has three bedrooms and 1 half bath (toilet and sink). The house is clean and fully equipped, the furniture and bedding are new. There is a garage and a parking spot in front of the garage, a backyard facing South and a place for a barbeque. We do not provide bed linens or towels (but can help you with renting them). This is standard practice for Presqu’ile.

Logement spacieux et agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette grande maison proche de la plage et du marché. L’accueil et la propriétaire sont attentifs et prévenants Un grand merci à Christelle et Maria . Saint Pierre de Quiberon est bien plus calme et accessible que Quiberon, même la route qui passe devant est fréquentée ça reste malgré tout un coin tranquille et reposant.

Maison très spacieuse.

Une semaine avec nos petits enfants. Il n'a pas fait toujours très beau mais nous avons réussi à bien les occuper. La plage est très proche à moins de 500 mètres et accrobranche et cinéma sur Quiberon à 5 kms.

Belle semaine en famille

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil, facile et chaleureux. La maison est grande, avec une terrasse protégée ce qui est très agréable. La mer à 2 pas… idéal!!

Superbe vacances

nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison bien située (Bar... Restaurant... Plage...etc...) nous avons bien etais accueilli la maison et bien agencer avec une belle terrasse qui permet de s'abriter...belle expérience je recommande

Vraiment très bien !

Logement très bien situé par rapport à tous les points d'intérêt sur la presqu'île. La maison est spacieuse et tout le monde a rapidement trouvé sa place. Nous avons une grande partie du temps sur la terrasse avec pergola (chaque côté est rabattable électriquement plus le toit ce qui permet de couper éventuellement le vent). Très bon contact avec Maria que je remercie. Nous reviendrons très certainement !
