Condo de luxe sur la plage au 5ème étage dans les toutes nouvelles résidences DelCanto. L'unité est superbement meublée avec des meubles sur mesure. Il y a un lit king size et un canapé convertible dans la chambre principale. 2 lits doubles dans une chambre secondaire. En outre, un canapé convertible dans le salon. Il peut facilement accueillir 6 personnes. Chaque chambre a un accès à une vaste terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Banderas. Il y a 3 télévisions, lecteur dvd, accès internet.

Delcanto est la propriété de classe mondiale avec plusieurs piscines, y compris une piscine chauffée à débordement en bord de mer à côté de la plage privée. Sous la grande palapa, il y a un bar et un restaurant. Paysage coloré, palmiers de noix de coco, étangs, golf miniature, centre de remise en forme doté d'équipements ultramodernes, spa rendront votre séjour des plus agréables.

Delcanto situé à proximité des boutiques, des restaurants raffinés et de la vie nocturne animée. Taxi et bus juste devant le complexe. Si vous choisissez de louer une voiture, il y a un parking souterrain. Très proche proximité de Bucerias.

The condo was immaculate when we arrived. VERY well-equipped kitchen--everything from saran wrap to Zip lock bags, spices, etc.Great views from the balcony. Gym was well-equipped. Appreciated the fact that we didn't have to play the "towel game"! There are lots of loungers if people don't "reserve" them when they aren't even there.Excellent staff--big shout out to Alejandro at the front desk for his patience in assisting us with an issue we had from home. Restaurant and pool staff are great.

An absolute beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was perfect. Fully equipped. Pictures are exactly as the condo is. We saw whales from our balcony every morning.

Perfect getaway

Very nice property, exactly as shows in listing. Location is in middle of one of the nicest stretches of beach on Banderas Bay. Unit has wonderful view of the Pacific, we spent a lot of time on the terrace just soaking it in. The onsite restaurant is very good for casual meals. Bed in master suite was very comfortable. We plan on coming back.

The property was clean, spacious for 2 ppl and we'll ewuipt. for our 9 day stay.

DelCanto condominiums are about 10 years old without much visible wear. They are located on a beautiful stretch of Banderas Bay where whale and dolphin sitings are a part of almost every day. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the company of other travelers looking to read, walk and enjoy the ocean. I'll be coming back for sure....

Property was beautiful. Staff were wonderful. Unit needs maintenance. Wasn't able to get check in information until the day before. Entry door handle was broken when we arrived texted the manager but was never fixed. Bathroom sink was broken, also never fixed

Could have been great!

This unit is in a beautiful complex that is very well maintained. We have stayed at the Del Canto before and it is perfect for us. The unit is 14 years old and it shows. Paint peeling in the bathroom, leaky faucets, etc… but we could have lived with that if it wasn’t for the filth everywhere. Other people’s hair and dust bunnies in bedrooms/bathrooms closets and drawers. Sand around and under the mattresses…. And then we entered the kitchen where it was a complete disaster! Food particles on the counters, in drawers, dirty dishes in filthy, greasy cupboards! Old cracked dishes and glasses that we couldn’t see through. Rusty and unusable blender, can opener, dish rack etc… we ended un buying the things we needed. And, to top it all up, full of tiny little bugs crawling everywhere! So despite our late arrival we had to clean! The next day we managed to get a cleaning team to scrub the floors, the bathroom and windows so we could finally enjoy the view! It is our first bad review ever and we even have pictures to prove it too if necessary. The owner has been made aware of our dissatisfaction and offered nothing in compensation either. A real shame because it could be fantastic place!

We were very surprised and disappointed to read this review. We have a professional cleaning crew that thoroughly cleans the condo before every check-in. We take pride in the cleanliness of our rental and we have never had a single complaint from other guests. If we were made aware of any concerns about cleanliness when she first checked-in, we would have immediately sent in our cleaning crew for a complimentary cleaning. However, this guest was staying at our rental for over a month and did not reach out to us until the day before check out. By messaging us so late in her stay, it was too late to prove if the apartment was actually in the condition she says it was in when she first arrived. Despite this, and as a courtesy to her, we still refunded her nearly $300. We have also replaced the kitchenware with brand new items and would have done so immediately if she had communicated with us when she first arrived.

Beautiful resort, but this particular unit needs maintenance and better local oversight

Our experience here was mixed. The good: 1. The Del Canto is a beautiful and well-maintained resort and the on-site staff were top-notch. 2. The unit was mostly clean. 3. The patio furniture was perfect for enjoying an early breakfast and later for relaxing after a day of playing in the ocean. 4. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. 5. All of the appliances were modern and worked perfectly. 6. The assortment of dishware and kitchen utensils was more than adequate for preparing and enjoying a variety of meals. The bad: 1. After completing the rental transaction, the VRBO status page indicated that check-in instructions would appear by a date that was about five days before our scheduled arrival. When that deadline came and went, the status message simply disappeared but no check-in information was provided. I messaged the “Owner” who responded quickly with the email address for the “Local Manager” and seemed surprised that the “Local Manager” hadn’t contacted me. My email to the “Local Manager” went unanswered so I reconnected with the “Owner” asking that she get involved. Finally, barely a day before our planned arrival, the ”Local Manager” emailed me a form letter with instructions. 2. Upon entering the unit, we discovered that there was no running water. A call to the front desk corrected this within a few minutes. 3. A pile of damp towels was left for us in the dryer. 4. Ants were crawling on the master bathroom countertop. We found bug spray in the utility closet and were able to remedy the situation. 5. The temperature control valve on the master bathroom shower seemed broken because the maximum water temperature was barely warm whereas very hot water was available at other faucets throughout the unit. 6. The lock on the patio sliding door didn’t work. 7. The guest bathroom was fitted with 5000K LED bulbs that cast a bluish hue that made it feel more like a utility room than a luxury resort. 8. The wear pattern on the front door entry keypad suggested that the entry code doesn’t get changed between rentals. 9. The front screen door droops such that the bottom edge scrapes across the outside concrete and makes a horrible noise when opened and closed. 10 Arguably none of these issues were show-stoppers and frankly none of them prevented us from having a great time. That said, the poor execution whether in administrative, housekeeping, security or maintenance/upkeep was disappointing.

Lovely Condo and Resort

The condo was beautiful with a great view of the ocean and pool area. The grounds are very well kept with nice lounge chairs and tables. Staff was friendly and helpful. Be sure to keep your wrist band and turn it in when you check out or you'll be charged $15 US per wristband. We never received pillow cases that we requested for one of the bedrooms. Despite this we had a wonderful stay!

Delcanto

DelCanto felt like a small boutique hotel in size because of the great personal services they offer. The staff is responsive,capable and want to help you in any way you need. I'll be coming back for sure.

Condo needs help

The Delcanto was a beautiful property and the staff were helpful but the construction was an annoyance. When we arrived at the condo there were several issues that arose: bathrooms and floors not cleaned or stocked, freezer leaking, toilet seat broken and no supplies for laundry or dishwasher. The property manager was available and was on top of the issues once we made her aware of them but it sounded like they had been ongoing issues.
