Disfrute de este tranquilo condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños escondido de toda la emoción de Key West. Pase sus días descansando junto a la piscina compartida en forma de laguna rodeada de un exuberante follaje tropical. O simplemente camine un poco hasta la playa de Smather, donde podrá pasar su tiempo haciendo snorkel, parasailing o simplemente tomando el sol en la arena tibia. Esta unidad ofrece dos dormitorios con una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal y una cama tamaño queen en el segundo dormitorio. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama, por lo que esta unidad es perfecta para 6 personas. Hay televisores, teléfonos y puertos de datos en todas las habitaciones del condominio. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos estándar, utensilios de cocina, vajilla para servir y una isla para tres personas para cenar. La sala de estar cuenta con puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren a su propio balcón privado con vista a la piscina de la propiedad.

Great Stay for a Friend Reunion

The place was plenty big for five of us gals getting together for a long weekend. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs, including Tupperware, which was helpful for taking snacks to the beach. It is quick to get to Smathers Beach as well as Publix. The location is a bit further from Duval St (the main drag), but Ubers were always reasonable, even for an Uber XL. I can't confirm if we were lucky with Uber pricing, or if it is like this year-round. All and all, it was a great stay and we were very happy with the space!

Clean and comfortable

In general this property met our needs. Elevator didn't work all the time and needs a new mattress in the king room. The pool and hot tub were great and it was very clean. Would stay again.

Nice and convenient

The unit is in a good location near the airport. You can Uber or Lyft conveniently to any location on Key West or Stock Island. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath clean condo with a community pool and hot tub. Kitchen is small but has what we needed. Overall would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a nice unit but the pull out couch has a very thin mattress that the springs poke you when laying down. Management company tried to find a new mattress but could'nt even though we found 2 at a mattress store not far away. House keeping did bring more blankets and mattress pads to help but unit should not be listed as 6 person until a new mattress is installed. Unit was clean although lacked any kitchen spices or salt and pepper. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cookware. Washer and dryer worked and beds were comfortable in the bedrooms. TV in living room would not turn on and wifi was down for a day but worked well other wise. Parking was easy and ample. Nice quiet unit on 1st floor but must use stairs or elevator to get there as ground floor is parking. Overall would rent again but only for 4 people until couch bed issue is resolved.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was in overall good condition and clean. Other amenities were sufficient, as I would expect. Enough of the basics (soap, t.p., etc.) to get you started. There was a washer and dryer in this unit, which was a huge bonus. This unit is located just around the corner (literally) from smathers Beach. It is also a straight shot down A1A/Truman ave to get downtown to Duval street. I have stayed at various properties through KWVPR all 5 times that I've visited key west and wouldn't recommend anyone else. Their pricing is extremely competitive and their customer service is exceptional. If you're contemplating a hotel vs. one of their properties, do yourself a favor and book through KWVPR.

Noisy, Noisy, Noisy

You can here everything above you, we got no sleep! Bar stools dragging across the floor, people walking , dropping stuff on floor, walls are paper thin between units. You hear the air planes taking off and landing at the airport. We burned up in the unit! It will only allow you to turn down air to 71 degrees. We had to sweep the place when we got to the unit as there was stuff all over the floor. People at pool after 10pm making noise. Had to park away from building several times as there was no parking. Dog barking all night on the deck a few units down. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, unit is old and dated, several coats of paint on everything trying to make it look new. I will never stay anywhere near this area in Key West again.

Adequate place that needs an update

The property was fine but needed to be updated. Doors were cracked, paint was peeling, pots and pans need to be replaced and increased. It was difficult to cook with what was there. The microwave was broken. The beds were comfortable but there was only 1 towel per person which meant dealing with damp towels after the first shower or having to use the coin laundry. The pool was nice but there were always people gathering in the parking lot and talking loud late at night and early in the morning. Also, workers were drilling in a nearby apartment. it was a great location but if we return we would stay in a different apartment.
