Furnished Executive Home/Duplex - 3 Bedrooms, 2-1/2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6. Spacious with high-quality furnishings and linens, huge rooms and great light. 2,000 square feet with separate kitchen, breakfast, dining and sun rooms. The entire second floor of a renovated historic 1920's Brookwood home. Friendly neighborhood and only a short walk to groceries, dining, entertainment and shopping. 15-minute walk to Piedmont Hospital, Shepherd Center, the High Museum, Woodruff Arts Center, MARTA and the Savannah College of Art & Design. Easy access to I-85, I-75 & GA 400. Less than 3 miles to the GA Aquarium, Merchandise Marts, World Congress Center and Coca Cola Museum. Includes all utilities, wireless internet, Cable TV - and weekly cleaning service.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $100.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Superb Location; Superlative House

As the title says, I could not be more pleased with the location. Central to "Atlanta proper". The Standish House is spacious, clean, bright with good appliances and amenities.

Just WOW!

The Standish House is a beautiful property, and the two of us enjoyed the entire 2nd floor. Spacious, immaculately clean, wonderful amenities and charming proprietors! Take the stairs to the second floor property and you're welcomed with views of the historic neighborhood. Only a few steps from the city, but still quiet and private. Best of Both Worlds

I say in a lot of corporate housing, and the trade off for a more home-like setting is often reduced professionalism - but not at BCA. Not only were the accommodations spotless, well organized, and welcoming, it came with a staff and set of guiding documents that reflected a high level of experience and professionalism. There was even a degree of guest anticipation which I usually only find in 5+ star corporate hotels. BCA really was the best of both worlds.

A Beautiful Executive Apartment When I Really Needed It

I couldn't believe how large and comfortable the apartment is for “only” 3 bedrooms. It has so much space that I really feel like I got a great deal. The location is very central with plenty of good restaurants to walk to. I was regularly visiting a patient at Piedmont Hospital during my stay and it's only a short walk up Peachtree from here so it was incredibly convenient. I would recommend this apartment and BCA to everyone I know. I'm told this historic home is nearly 100 years old but they renovated it so well you'd never know, except for all the charm and high-end architectural style. The staff do a terrific job maintaining their properties and providing excellent customer service. I didn't have a single issue, arrival and departure were a breeze, and I can't wait to come back.

Wonderful experience

My fiancee and I had a flood in our townhome in early May, and a week later had to find a temporary place to stay. We ended up staying in this beautiful apartment for nearly four months during the renovations. This place and the people who care for it are just wonderful. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and includes any amenity you might need. In addition, the guys are amazingly responsive to any request. And, on top of that, they're just fun, decent, quality people. If you're in need of temporary housing, I can't recommend BCA Residential highly enough. Outstanding accommodations: ample living and work space

We stayed at BCA's Standish House during our home's renovation. The experience was outstanding: * The living area was exceptionally clean, bright, and spacious. The hosts anticipated every need we might have in both the living space and business/work space. * The location of the house is perfect. We were able to safely walk to multiple dining destinations in the area. Ample parking is available on the streets and in the lot. Security cameras and lighting ensure safety. * The technology within the house made internet connectivity, climate control and entertainment super easy. * The pet-friendly approach provided a welcoming environment. * BCA's team was readily available if needed. Extremely comfortable stay!

Standish House is a gorgeous renovation of a 100 year old home with modern conveniences. The 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath apartment is a 2nd floor walk-up and is comfortably furnished with a tasteful combination of traditional and modern pieces. It is very clean, and there is plenty of storage. It is well light with large windows and ample lighting for evenings. There is plenty of room to entertain and also to spread out if someone in your group needs privacy to work. The large galley kitchen has all the necessary dishes, utensils and pots and pans and plenty of counter space. On initial inspection we noted a couple of lightbulbs that needed changing and maintenance was on top of it as we were moving in. The House is located on a quiet street a block from Peachtree. Piedmont Hospital and many restaurants are within walking distance. It was amazing how quiet it was, considering we were in the middle of the city. There is off street parking. We were so very comfortable during our stay that I would definitely stay there again. Team BCA Response: Thank you for your stay with us. Beautiful Class Accommodations

Super comfortable and super clean accommodations. It was like a tremendously conveniently located, home away from home. Really enjoyed my stay there. The staff were so friendly and helpful. EXCELLENT !! Stayed FIVE YEARS !!!

BCA Has long and short term “executive housing” figured it out. Many places offer clean sheets and a TV. BCA offers service that meets your special needs ... high touch and high satisfaction. All the staff are terrific people too.

There are lots of restaurants and museums within walking distance so you can leave your car parked most of the time.

All of our properties are located in the Midtown and Buckhead area. We have the best Property Management Team! You will get a response from us during regular business hours (since we try to relax and spent time with friends and family on the weekends).
