The house was close to the city centre and an easy walk to the conference center. It was functional very clean and tidy. Some notes on how to use some of the facilities would have been helpful. Great location lovely house

Loved the ppty…thanks for sharing. Only small issue was getting the lock box code at the last minute. I would recommend the ppty.

Property was not as described in the desription. The house was relatively clean with clean sheets in the beds. We stayed for 5 nights as a family of 8 and it was roomy enough for the whole family. Th reqson for the poor score is a few. Dishes and kitchen utilities were not clean on arrival. The rubbish bins were also full and had not been collected until the day of departure. Also hot water was never enough for the family to have showers, hence could not use the dishwasher or washing machine with any hot water. We had to clean the washing machine in arrival as there was built up powdered dishwashing powder inside andthe machine wouldnt work as a result. Overall, could have been a much more enjoyable stay if the above were fixed.

Riccarton Weekend

5 adults and 2 children fitted in easily . Good access to Riccarton mall and Tower junction shops . Cheap Uber into the city . Nice house but the area is not solubrious and was noisy on Saturday night .

Nice stay over Christmas

We stayed at this property with a group of friends for Christmas and loved it! Easy to organize the check-in with the property manager and the house was fabulous with everything needed inside. Highly recommended!
