Another amazing trip!

This was our second time staying at this condo. Both times have been with iTrip. After this trip, I can confidently say we'll be planning our third trip soon. Everything went smoothly and the condo was exactly what we needed for our trip. It was also a bonus to be able to book our snorkeling trip with them which saved us $100.

Great value!

The Napili Shores properties are ideally located and have all the amenities one could wish for! I love that this unit was on the ground floor which was easier to access and we had breakfast every morning on the patio. We also liked that it was orientated with the afternoon sun, because units on the other side had the morning sun and it was probably too hot to have breakfast outside!The only downside to this unit is the Murphy bed, which is a bit slanted towards the head and the mattress was way too soft for our liking (at first I thought it was an old broken mattress but then we realized it was probably just the very soft type).

Beautiful Property - Hope they do the right thing

We arrived a day before the Maui fires started, unfortunately. I really really hope the property owners open up their home to people who have lost theirs in the fire. We met dozens of evacuees around Napili who need help and could really benefit from this lovely condo. The apartment is beautiful and had a surprising amount of things that came in handy during the crisis when we were without power or cell service, in case that's important to you. The bed was soft and comfortable. We will definitely stay again, but hopefully this property is used in service of the community first.

We had so much fun in Maui and this condo was the perfect spot for our family. The condo is super close to a beautiful beach, has two pools on the property, and has so many great places nearby. The condo was very clean, cute, and well maintained and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We will stay here again and again.

Great location!! With close access to the most amazing beach and great restaurants. The condo was super clean, and cozy with a very comfortable bed!! and equipped with all the essentials for a home away from home. Including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and snorkel gear. We Loved the easy access to the pool and BBQ from our lanai. Thank you for making our 40th Anniversary super special and filled with ALOHA🏝 Looking forward to staying here again!!

Girls Getaway

This condo is cute and quaint, however, entirely too cluttered with nonessential items that need to be removed. The Murphy bed is absolutely horrible. They need to rip it from the walls and never look back again! My back is absolutely killing me as it feels like I’ve slept on a piece of plywood for a week. I think sleeping on the floor would’ve been better. This condo does not sleep three there is no other bed here the couch does not pull out, because I was hoping the couch did pull out, so I could sleep in it as the bed was terrible, so I made the best of it and slept at the pool. The kitchen is great. It has tons of amenities but a little too much I think as there is no storage for groceries if you were to stay here for more than a week you would need a place to put food, and there is nowhere to put food , the closets are cluttered and locked and little space for renters items The window above the door permits lighting from the outside to come in every night and keeps you awake so if the bed doesn’t keep you awake the light will. I’ve stayed here many many times, at different condos and most frequently here by the back pool and I absolutely love it. The new floors and new carpet in the living area is beautiful but the owners really need to rethink a few things and update and D clutter this condo. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Ok, but won’t rebook

The location was ok, by the back pool, which we knew and were fine with. On arrival the kitchen counters were dirty, the woodwork in the bathroom was dirty. The Murphy bed was hard and not comfortable. The outside edges of the Murphy bed are sharp and dangerous. It’s been posted numerous times before, but obviously still not address. We enjoyed the location to the back pool, which wasn’t open one day because of tree maintenance, completely understandable. Carpet was dirty. This is a unit that is clearly maintained for owner revenue gain. Throw some paint on the walls, make a cleaning effort. Been to Hawaii many times. Never stay here again, clearly won’t recommend

The location and the resort was great. However, the bed was like sleeping on concrete and there wasn’t even enough toilet paper for one week they gave us one roll. There was no chairs or anything extra just the basics.

This is is our third time staying at Napili Shores and it never disappoints. The grounds are always immaculate and the proximity to beaches and things to do is great. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We wanted to stay somewhere close to napili bay and this was perfect. The unit was amazingly well stocked. We could have stayed a couple weeks. There were a number of nice things to have that are not always included. Ex. Coffee grinder, beaters, , lighter for bbq…

The property was very beautiful the condo was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. It was very convenient to all there was to do around the town and beaches. Napili Shores D125 was perfect for our 2 week stay. Well stocked, clean, comfortable and again a great location for all island activities. You cannot beat the location. Itrip checked with us on arrival via email and departure and all was good then and throughout out stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mahalo again for helping make the trip memorable. Napili Shores D-125

We are regular visitors to Maui and have stayed at Napili Shores for most of those visits. As such, we've seen the steady progression of changes in the condos and grounds--both from age and level of care. Condo D-125: Nice location directly across from the pool/hot tub and BBQs. The condo is a studio with a murphy bed and love seat sofa. The murphy bed has a mattress that is not suitable for longer stays--uncomfortable after 2 weeks. The bed frame also sticks out at the bottom and was kicked more than once during our stay--it's a hazard. The love seat sofa does NOT make into a bed for a third person. The condo is partially carpeted; tile comprises the kitchen and bathroom. The carpet cleanliness was questionable as there was no vacuum available for daily upkeep. Tile floors needed appeared to be original and could have used a good scrubbing, not just mopping. Kitchen sink faucet was leaking around the base, aerator was filthy/moldy, bathroom sink was clogged (we plunged it during our stay), area behind the murphy bed was dirty, and the guest closet was cluttered with little space for guest use. The remodeled shower was nice and spacious. Overall, there was lots of clutter that needs to be weeded out by the owner (kitchen ware, furniture, etc.). The condo is nice...just needs some deep cleaning, reorganization, and some updating. Bottomline: We will certainly return and likely rent this condo again...some TLC and serious reorganization can make it a gem. Napili Shores: When we first started staying at Napili Shores, you would see the maintenance staff regularly raking/grooming the grounds and facilities. Since that time, we seen a slow decline in time and attention to detail. Light fixtures were broken, lawns not raked, stepping stones sunk beneath the lawn, painting needed...just the little things that can quickly get out of hand if not handled routinely. Pride in workmanship.

Nice and affordable unit

This is my 5th time staying at Napili Shores. Love having a ground floor unit and having the heated pool and hot tub very close for a dip at the end of our days and for our kids to use. Our kids made friends at the pool and nearby ground floor units. Unit was as pictured and as expected. Bathroom nicely updated. Warning for future renters to put a pillow or something on the ground at the corner of the bed closest to the couch as we all stubbed our toes there, and unfortunately I broke my pinky toe on it the second day of our trip. The management company was very prompt with the couple things we needed - the aero-bed mentioned in description was not in the unit, but they brought it within 15 minutes the first evening of our stay. It was a twin, but very deep, almost as high as the murphy bed. They also had someone out quickly to replace the lanai light bulb and fix the bathroom sliding door that was stuck. The unit did have a few extras we weren't expecting that had been left by others, like laundry detergent under the bathroom sink, cleaning spray, salt and pepper. Gazebo is a yummy breakfast and worth the wait one day of the trip. LOVE the banana mac nut pancakes with the coconut syrup. Also, can get to go orders. A full to-go order of the fried rice was a meal for our family of 4, and we had leftovers! It was so good and so large!! Across the beach at Napili Kai is the Sea House Restaurant, which is another great breakfast location, with no wait and beautiful views. I believe they are open for lunch/dinner as well, but we didn't try that. Another wonderful Maui vacation! (minus the broken toe!)

Great place for the money!

Property was very clean, lots of extras like beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Our only wish would be that the Murphy bed be replaced with a regular bed. We had to sleep in reverse because the bed sloped down towards the headboard. But location and Napili Shores is excellent.

Not a clean place

The carpet was very dirty and the bed was not comfortable. Paying a $75 fee at the front desk just to get the key and the parking pass did not seem worth it. One plus was the place had beach chairs.
