This remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa is just 2 blocks from the beach in beautiful Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The property is located within walking distance of not only the beach, but also dozens of great restaurants such as the Aruba Cafe, Mulligan's, Laspada's Five Star Hoagies and scores of shops. The living room has two queen size convertible sofas and a twin size futon sofa with a big screen wall-mounted Smart HDTV. The master bedroom has a new king bed, large closet and HDTV. The large second bedroom has two twin beds, work desk and large closet . The third bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Comcast secure WIFI is also included. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops as well as new dishware, tableware, cookware, cooking utensils and well-stocked spice cupboard. The glass dining table extends to accommodate six. The large main bath has granite countertops and huge walk-in shower. All baths are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The villa has been completely renovated and is ready for your perfect beach vacation. You can enjoy the tropically landscaped enclosed courtyard with tables, chairs, sun umbrella and even a gas grill or stroll to the beach or a nearby restaurant. Two bicycles are available for guests to take a ride around the quiet neighborhood.
Great Weather, Fabulous Beaches & the Ocean: Fort Lauderdale is known as the Venice of America with all of its picturesque waterways and canals and your destination villa is located a five minute walk to the world-famous sandy, shallow beach of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Nearby are great restaurants with waterfront dining, unending family activities such as water taxis, snorkeling, drift fishing, glass bottom boat rides and of course, shopping - the list goes on and on. All details of where to go and see are provided to you upon arrival for your convenience. Our goal is for our guests to have the most memorable and fun vacation imaginable.

SeaBreeze Villa's NICE!

Awesome place. Bedrooms were great. Nice outside area for sitting and enjoying the nice weather. Close to the beach and main area of entertainment. We really enjoyed the stay. Would definitely book again.

Great location in Lauderdale by the Sea

We had a great time at Seabreeze Villa! We were in town for a graduation and had plenty of room to spread out yet be together as a family. So much more fun (and affordable) than staying in a hotel. The house is comfortable and incredibly clean. The location was fantastic, too! We were a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Lauderdale by the Sea. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in Ft. Lauderdale!

Great house!

The place was very nice and clean. Close to many shops and places to eat. Only semi-negative is the mattress in the king bedroom was VERY firm - but I do believe there’s an option for a foam topper, so likely could be fixed quickly with that request! Overall we had a great stay for the family.

Clean beach vibe with access to beach

Property was clean, owners were thoughtful and location was beautiful. Able to walk to grocery, church, beach and town. Longest walk was about 10 min.. very doable! Has patio area with privacy, perfect for enjoying a long cup of coffee in the AM. The owners stock all the essentials including beach essentials such as a cooler, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards! They’ve thought of all the details! It is a duplex and we didn’t even realize the other side was occupied until our last night- no issues with sound on the shared walls! We simply ran into them at the washer/dryer! :)

Winter Getaway

The house location is a comfortable walk to the restaurants and beach. It is between a nice neighborhood and the back of commercial buildings; this however took away from fully enjoying the outdoor sitting area, compared to being next to another home. The bathrooms were nice, the kitchen was a bit tight with counter space when cooking, the bedrooms were fine, I found the master bed to feel stiff, but the other double bed very comfortable. Overall, I felt it was okay, not great, but by no means bad.

Great place for family Thanksgiving.

First time staying in the Lauderdale area. Everyone loved the easy access to things to do. Kitchen was small, but had essentially what we needed for our feast (and Publix was close by).

En härlig vecka i Lauderdale by the sea

Huset/lägenheten uppfyllde våra förväntningar helt och hållet och läget är fantastiskt! Några små saker kan ni tänka på: - golven var ej våttorkade, man blev smutsig av att gå på dem - vi lagade mat hemma nästan varje dag, 5 personer, men saknade vinglas, uppläggningsfat, skålar, fler kaffekoppar och bestick. - wc-sitsarna satt inte fast på skålen, de for hit och dit när man satt ner. - strandstolarna hade sett sina bästa dagar, fanns 2 som var bra. I övrigt var allt som sagt till belåtenhet, vi kommer gärna tillbaka igen!

Great location

Checkin process was easy with access door code. Duplex was in a nice safe neighborhood. Walking distance to nice restaurants and shops and also the beach. Duplex was very spacious and clean.

Would come back again

I enjoyed my stay here. It was close to so many stores nearby, restaurants, and even the beach! Everything was walking distance. The house was exactly like the pictures and once we arrived they made us a gift basket and everything was organizad. They also had games for the whole family to enjoy and play. It felt like home and also had beach supplies which was perfect. I would recomend this to anyone and we had to stay 1 more day longer and the owner was flexible about it.

Annual Golf Trip

We decided to rent a house instead of the usual hotel & we are so glad we did. Home was comfortable, clean and location was great. Patio was great for relaxing after golf & meeting up with friends who live in the area. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Will certainly consider again. Hosts are great!

Fantastic location and hosts

What a wonderful place to stay at Lauderdale by the Sea! So close to shops, dining and of course the beach! I reported a damaged coffee maker and that same day had a replacement. Very clean and lovely accommodations!

Girls getaway

Great place to stay with a group of friends or couples. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There’s a generous supply of household essentials and it was very easy to communicate with the property managers.

Fishing stay
