This classic 3 bedroom/2 bath home is in a quaint downtown neighborhood surrounded by old-growth trees. With over 200 wineries in the area, including Calcareous and Le Cuvier on Paso's west side, a vibrant local music scene, and an array of restaurants serving excellent cuisine, Paso Robles has become a popular destination for wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike.
The Sycamore features white-washed hardwood floors, charming, beaded wainscoting, and a cozy covered front porch. The backyard is full fenced and includes a propane BBQ, and cute dining area. The home has been updated with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is adorned with splashes of light and color, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and planning your day's adventures. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use. Freshen up any time with our full-size washer and dryer located in the home.
Situated within walking distance of downtown Paso Robles, The Sycamore allows guests to easily explore the area's shops, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms, such as our beloved BL Brasserie French Bistro and tasting rooms like Justin, Diablo Paso, and Tank Garage. Alternatively, you can choose to unwind on the front porch with a glass of local wine in hand, soaking in the relaxed ambiance of this charming neighborhood. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.
***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including insects, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Fabulous Weekend Getaway

We stayed at The Sycamore while attending a wedding in the area. The home was lovely and very convenient to the downtown area. The bed in the front and back bedrooms were particularly comfortable. We would stay here again and again.

Great Weekend Getaway

My girlfriends and I absolutely loved this place! Such a cute, cozy, and clean house with so much character. Great location with downtown just a short walk away. The house had everything we needed. No complaints.

Great location, walk to downtown, cute neighborhood. Inside could use some updating, painting etc., definitely need to fix TV controls ( 3 confusing remotes) make it easy with one remote. Nice bedding and towels.

The only negative was the floor squeaked a little on the night trips to the bathroom!!

Perfect charming and walking distance to town!

Charming home with all the right touches! They have thought of every little thing. Quickly responding to questions with great suggestions. Easy walk to town. Neighborhood was quiet and that front porch with Rocking chairs was sublime. Morning tea/coffee perfect way to start the day! Will totally stay here again.

Family birthday weekend

It was perfect! The house is well located in a quiet neighborhood with all the amenities we needed. Everything was clean plus. The kitchen had more than we could ever use and the the beds, bedding and towels were hotel quality!
