Lovely Stay

Easy check in process and great communication leading up to check in. The location was a short safe walk to the beach. The pool was super clean and a perfect temperature for relief from the heat. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing place

Beautifully quiet on the dock side of Clearwater, and just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of peace and quiet and free parking (two spots!) was a nice plus. And the condo was clean and so comfortable. Would 100% recommend this place.

My husband, son and I enjoyed a long weekend here. The place has a wonderful layout, lots of space and beautiful views of the bay. We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. It was a great stay!

Spring break

Spent a few days with my college age daughter for her spring break. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the beach and very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome waterfront property

This apartment was wonderful. It was right on the water and sitting having morning tea on the balcony was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great kitchen and living room set up where we could all hang out. I highly recommend this place.

Convenient location with charm

Loved this location. While the exterior and pool don’t have much curb appeal, the location, patio and interior more than make up for that. I’d stay here again. Great spot for families looking to enjoy the beach. Great hosts!

Beautiful rental

We were on the 2nd floor and we were so impressed with the view from the condo. Loved the feel of the condo from when we walked in. The layout is perfect for a few people staying the night. Bedrooms on opposite ends and the couch turns into a trundle type bed. We had a great stay.

Vacation Stay for a Family Wedding

We really enjoyed the quiet environment and the great views from the balcony. The unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the snacks and beverages the owners left for us. It was a nice unexpected treat after a long drive to get there. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views!!!

My mother and I had a lovely stay at Waterfront Seaside Chic! The home was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the water. Gorgeous natural light fills the living space. We also thought the location was perfect; quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to the beach, bars, and restaurants.

Amazing views

Lina's home had amazing views from the balcony as it is right on the water. It was centrally located and within walking distance to the beach and shops. The home had all that we needed. Lina was very reachable and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay

I was impressed from the moment we walked in. This place is clean the toilet papers had little flowers folded on them. The bedsheets and pillows so fresh and clean. The host left us a bottle of wine and all of the beach amenities that we needed including an umbrella. I would stay at this property again. It is also easy to get to everything in town and walk to the beaches

Great location and wonderful condo

Our family was looking for a few quiet, stress-free beach days and this condo delivered! The condo was clean, quiet and had a lovely water view from the balcony that was a great place to have morning coffee. The beach was only a 5-minute walk, and the beach chairs and wagon provided made it an easy trip. We were far enough away from the hotels that the beach was not crowded near our location. I highly recommend this property!!

Great location

This condo is a great location. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean! However the couch is pretty uncomfortable, it would have been nice to have another seating option in the living room. Also the balcony outside railing is extremely rotted and unsafe, needs to be addressed. We stayed for 2 nights which was perfect!
