Thank you, guests! We hope you and your family are ready for a VACATION!

Our cottages are cleaned to the highest standards for your family. We have always provided extremely clean cottages (just read our reviews) with our trained staff.

All cottages are ground floor and have individual entrances (no elevators to share).

All cottages have full kitchens and are self-catering.

Our back garden oasis contains two pools and a 170-foot patio with tables and chairs for each cottage. Plenty of room for sunning and enjoying the outdoors.
We have been providing cottages in Clearwater Beach for 20 years. We know what is important to you and we appreciate the opportunity to enhance your vacation stay.
The Lazy Lemon, 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental is part of a 7 cottage resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel By The Sea Church.

These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with palm trees and room for 2 heated pools, all very peaceful and private. We are a 2 block 2 minute's walk to the beach. Unlike most residential homes we are very close to the shops, and restaurants, such as Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion, listen to live music while watching the sunset, you will not have to worry about driving or parking your car, just leave it in our parking lot. Pier 60 is also very close and famous for its Key West style sunset festival, which takes place every evening, a great place for the kids.

The landscaping at the pool needed upkeep—lots of tree droppings on chairs. The grill didn't work when we tried to cook. We didn't have any chairs to take to the beach. I was glad the cleaning lady was there when we checked in because I didn't receive a code from the property manager before check-in, and even on the day of check-in had no idea what was happening. The place is super cute, and nice bath towels and beach towels! Very close to the walk to the beach

We were pleasantly surprised at the recent upgrades from what the pictures of the listing showed. Clean place & great location.Neighbors were a bit loud but it was spring break so not the hosts fault. Recommend white noise if visiting over spring break.

On the morning of the second day the plumbing in the bathroom was not functional. We called the owner of the property several times but got no response. We had to walk two blocks to a recreation center to use their facilities.The owner never contacted us or respond to our request to send a plumber. We had to leave the property and the owner has refused to give us a reund.

Close to Beach

Enjoyed our stay. It is a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking as well. We rented a car but could have easily taken an Uber from the airport and walked to everything. Unit was clean. Beds were comfortable. It was extremely warm outside during our stay, but the unit stayed nice and cool.

Property Feedback

The property location is great, the pools are a real nice feature but overall this facility is becoming very tired and requires some much needed TLC. This facility still allows smoking which by todays standards should not be allowed especially if you have young children in your party. The bungalows need to be redecorated and appliances need updating. Air conditioners are noisy to the point where they would need to be turned off at night. The pool areas are not being well maintained. They need to have the walking areas blown off each dat due to falling debris which gets walked into the pools. The pools need cleaning daily and chemical levels checked especially following a storm.

Perfect beach getaway!

The Lazy Lemon cottage is comfortable and centrally located. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our host, James, was very responsive. We enjoyed our time so much that we stayed an extra day!

We loved this cottage. It was clean and cute. I was impressed by the thought put into all the amenities. Everything was there to make it a comfortable, low effort vacation -- beach chairs, towels, well-stocked kitchen, etc. We had a wonderful time here and will look for this listing again in the future.

Not up to expectation

The cottage had been cleaned but had not been maintained. We are familiar with older cottages so we thought we were prepared for this one but holes in the walls, dirty rugs, and an unusable tub and surrounding tile did not meet the description of 5 star clean. However, the bedrooms, bed linens and extra towels were nice.

Much Needed Getaway

If you're looking for a nice modern cottage this is not it. Our first impression was not pleasant when we opened the door. The first issue was the very unpleasant strong smell. The kitchen is outdated with chipped trim pieces and rusted kitchen stove/hood area. The entire house vents were all packed full of dust. Not one smell of a cleaning agent when we opened the door. We've rented several rentals and you always smell a clean smell when you walk in. The bathroom is very dated. The tub was once blue and have attempted to paint it white, which matches the pink tile on the wall. The light fixtures are rusted and dirty. You can hear every neighbor coming and going along with talking while inside your cottage. The washer/dryer is a community setup, not in your condo. The good thing is the bed is very comfortable and is in a good location close to the bay and the beach along with restaurants and things to do. You can walk everywhere you want to go. I gave it 3 stars only because a trip to the store we bought some plug ins, this masked the smell and we were able to enjoy our stay. Upon our return our clothes smell strongly of the unpleasant smell. This place is major need for a deep clean and vents cleaned because if you use the heat that smell comes out in full force. We still enjoyed our stay but will not return to this rental. I've never wrote a negative review but I wish somebody else would of wrote an honest one.... it's NOT a 5 out of 5.

Comfort in a great location

The cottage was pretty much as advertised, was comfortable but had some maintenance issues that surprised us. Ceiling fan/lights not working in bedrooms, living room tv not operating, and the cottage needed a more thorough cleaning. Our host was very nice and stopped by several times to bring batteries and take a look at our concerns. The pools were quite nice! I would stay here again if I knew repairs had been made.

Great location

Quiet location close to everything. Comfortable beds, Clean rooms and nice pool. James is quick to respond to questions. An older property which I like, everything is ground level. Unfortunately, places like this are harder to find with all the mega hotels going up, but this area of CB is old school Florida, which is just fine to me. If you’re looking for something ritzy, go somewhere else.

Tolle Location und Lage

Wir waren 1 Woche im Lazy Lemon und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Annehmlichkeiten sehr genossen. Der private Pool haben alles perfekt abgerundet. Die Nähe zum Strand und und zu den Bars war super. James hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet und und bei Problemen geholfen. Danke dafür. Kleinigkeiten müssen im Haus verbessert werden, sonst ist das Lazy Lemon immer wieder eine Empfehlung wert. Wir würden auch jederzeit gern wiederkommen.

Wonderful cottage and location

We truly enjoyed our stay in this charming, immaculate cottage in North Beach. Easy self check-in, great parking, close to beach and numerous restaurants as well as Pier 60. James responded quickly to our questions. Last, but not least, the heated pool was a definite plus!

Fantastic two week getaway!

What a charming place! We loved every minute here. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. We would definitely consider an annual visit to this wonderful cottage!

These quaint and cozy units located in the mid-North Beach area are in the best location possible, located away from South Beach, which tends to be overcrowded and more saturated. Staying in This property will provide you with a better experience being closer to Mandalay Ave where all the bars and restaurants are located while staying away from the heavy crowds. You'll be close to the action while staying in a peaceful area. The two-minute walk to the beach access for these cottages is next to the two most sought-out restaurants on Clearwater Beach; the Palm Pavilion and Frenchy's Rockaway Grill the two beachfront restaurants that have become icons of the area. There is also a gas station within one block of these cottages which makes your stay much more convenient. We also have public basketball and tennis courts across the street. Don't miss out on this excellent accommodation, a family-operated gem!
