The place is dated and could use a deep cleaning. There was sand on the floor the moment we walked in, but we knew the place's age when we decided to rent it. What we would've appreciated, especially if we'd traveling a long way to stay here, would be some basic amenities like dishwasher soap, paper towels, and not having to buy coffee filters in order to use the coffee pot. Little things like that make the difference to us when going on a family vacation and spending 6k for a week. Include them in your pricing and elevate your guests' experience in the process. The barbecue grill downstairs was unused for months and had a layer of dirt and grime on it that made me have to clean it thoroughly before using it. The tongs for the grill were so rusted that they broke when I tried to clean them. I told the housekeepers when we were checking out and she said she was going to just throw them away. The house is spacious. We really enjoyed having a large dining table and a smaller one. There are several issues with the lamps in the master bedroom, but none that needed immediate attention during our stay. The beach access is stellar, and it's within easy walking distance to the local restaurant overlooking the inlet. The hot tub is directly underneath the house and works just fine, but in cold weather the lack of shielding from the wind saw all of us use it once and then not get back in because we felt like it was freezing when we left the water. Enjoyable vacation

While there were a few sandy spots on floors and a few furniture pieces, management was very cooperative sending out appropriate workers for a faulty toilet and replacing an internal part for the front lock, the house was very good otherwise. We enjoyed our stay and that is what counts.

Great location with all the amentities

Enjoyed our stay, beds were comfy, lots of space for family. The pool and hot tub were great as was the location on the beach. The dishes needed to be re-washed as well as a King comforter upon arrival. We donated a measuring cup but other than that, the kitchen had everything else we needed.

Family spring break

Conch out was the perfect spot for our family of 5 plus 2 sets of grandparents and one friend. My teenage (17/18) boys were able to fish right on the ocean and down at the pier which was 2 miles down the road. My 14 year old daughter loved the hot tub and heated pool! We all worked on a few of the puzzles they had there on a couple rainy mornings. There was plenty of space for everyone, large comfy beds for everyone, and the kitchen had everything we could have needed. The beach wasn’t crowded, the location was close to the store but not too close to everything, it was literally perfect!! We loved it!!

Kitchen appliances in poor working order. Furniture needs to be cleaned. Pool heater broke and wasn’t fixed for 2 days. Overall pictures did represent accurately. Great location.

A great vacation!

Everyone in.our group thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The pool was a hit with the younger kids and teens. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We even spotted a few fox on the beach/dunes periodically.

Beautiful beach!

Location is perfect, views amazing. Could use a deep cleaning, maintenance and repair work. Most issues were addressed promptly. Ant problem in kitchen needs remedied. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location and house

We booked this home at the last minute and are so glad we did! Fantastic location to enjoy the (nearly empty) beach. The house is great - plenty of space, and we particularly enjoyed the screened in porch facing the ocean. The pool and hot tub were both on and worked well, and the grill worked well, too. Because we booked the property last minute, there seemed to be some confusion with the management company about the house being occupied. We had a small issue with the linens when we got there, but the management company took care of it promptly.

Great family beach house

This is a spacious beach front house with tons of amenities. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen space. Hot tub and pool were fantastic and much needed to get escape the winds of the beach. The beach is quiet and covered with tide pools filled with sea stars! The kitchen is equipped with plenty of secondary appliances. The only thing missing was more plastic cups for the pool area and wine glasses. You can walk to one restaurant and the pier with arcade is a 1 mile drive or Uber. I would highly recommend this property for a large family or multiple families to share!

Beautiful beach

The beach was PERFECT! Not crowded at all. It was our own little haven. The pool area was great as well. There were some issues with the house not seeming to have been cleaned (vacuumed/mopped) prior to our arrival, but we called and two people came out right away and cleaned. Also a screen on the bottom half of the back porch was ripped which was a huge safety issue for us since we had a 1 year old and a 3 year old, as well as 4 older children (5-11) but that was also immediately fixed once we called. The property managers were very fair and quick with fixes, as well as being kind and understanding with our concerns. Overall this property was nice. It is not the fanciest or newest place on the beach, but it was a great location, close enough to the pier, very homey, and had a lot of space for all 12 of our family!

Beach escape

Wonderful house on the beach... private walkway to the beach from the back porch was great! We felt like the beach and ocean were all ours. House delivers on everything advertised. Property staff were so friendly and helpful. Kids loved the pool and our dog loved the beach. Our border collie enjoyed playing fetch and catching frisbee on the beach. The beach and area is super pet friendly.

Great location

beach is fantastic! Kitchen could use some work, dishwasher didnt drain properly, 2 burners out on the stove., and the ice maker made very little ice. The king bed on the 1st floor could use new mattress. All in all, great trip would recommend as long as the previously mentioned is corrected.
