Thank you, Graham. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and the beautiful location. Come again soon!

You definitely chose a great location for outstanding ocean views! This part of the beach fortunately has a large area of protective sea dunes between the beach and the condo, which may make for a bit longer walk, but we hope overall you had an enjoyable vacation and will be back to visit Amelia Island again sometime soon!

Thanks for taking the time to share! We are so glad you throughly enjoyed your stay and likewise, we hope you will be our guest again soon!

Our team is glad you found the condo to be well maintained but we're sorry to hear about the AC issue on the top levels. We're happy to report that the attentive owners had the HVAC system fully replaced shortly after your stay!

How wonderful that your return trip to our property was even better and you loved it even more this time! Yes, the owners completely renovated their oceanfront condo from early November 2022 through late January 2023 in coordination with a leading interior designer and fantastic contractors. Now 1154 Beach Walker not only offers the best views but feels brand new! Thanks again for being our guest and we hope you will return for a third stay soon!
