Plenty of space, easy access to the mountain!

Lots of space for folks, updated kitchen was nice, close to the trails (if you are there for snow), we were there for Rasputitsa bike race and it worked out to easily ride down to the start, and drove up to the hotel for the finish.

Great Townhouse

The townhouse was neat, clean and well appointed. It's in a great location to ride or ski from. Highly recommend. If this townhouse is available next time we come to the Kingdom Trails, I will book it.

Absolutely loved our recent stay at the East Burke condo! Despite there being no air conditioning, the abundance of fans kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The water pressure in the showers was amazing – such a pleasant surprise! The condo was well-equipped with all the comforts of home, making our stay incredibly relaxing and convenient. Highly recommend this place for a cozy and enjoyable getaway!

Absolutely Perfect

We enjoyed every moment staying at the condo! My family used to rent a similar unit for ski vacations and it was a trip down memory lane. Our kids got to watch the "snow cats" groom the trails and watch the lifts start spinning each morning. The unit was updated and incredibly comfortable

Great location, very clean. Quote comfortable.I would suggest the shower valves need work. Getting them to work properly is challenging. Some of the window cranks need some work. These minor issues did not take away from a glorious stay in the NEK.

perfect location

The Bear Path condo was perfectly located for the wedding event we attended, with the welcome reception at Burke Mountain and the wedding venue on Darling Hill. We were right in between both locations with easy access to stores in East Burke and still in a quiet location in the woods with access to trails.The condo has a bedroom and bath on each of the three floors which makes privacy for a multi-family group really great. It was like each family unit had their own mini-suite. The living area and kitchen were spacious and pleasant.Our host, Stefanie, was responsive and helpful, especially with a minor plumbing issue on our first day. We would stay there again if in the area.

Just as it should be

Easy peasy. Nice location, easy access to everything. The only teeny tiny niggle is the check-out time of 10 am. 10 am doesn't give enough time to meet the check-out requirements, specifically to run the dishwasher and put all the dishes back. Assuming an hour 1/2 cycle that means everyone needs to be up and have eaten by 8:30am. I would suggest either changing check out to 11 am or removing the need for the renters to put the dishes away, but they should be washed through a full cycle in the dishwasher. It's minor and we didn't get to empty the dishwasher prior to leaving, so hopefully, the property manager understands.

kingdom trails escape

Condo was amazing, a bit big for just my girlfriend and I lol but it was great. Appreciated the great kitchen as we made all our own food. Highly recommend!

A great getaway

We love the area and this condo was right on mountain. It would have been great to be in during the winter months while skiing as it is easy access in/out. We woke up to snow in the morning which was a great surprise and the kids loved it. We had a comfortable stay and the kitchen/dining/living room were well updated. The bedrooms were comfortable but not as updated as the other living spaces. We would stay here again!

Property was clean and advertised properly. Good communication before and during stay. Would recommend. FYI, this property is at the top of the hill. Its a burly bike ride back to the house at the end of the day.

Great mountain biking vacation at Bear Path

This was a really good condo for a mountain biking vacation. Excellent location on the mountain with a wonderful view of the Willoughby Gap from the master bedroom. Plenty of room for an extended family of 6, nicely stocked kitchen and grill for meals and less than 100 yards to the downhill trails on the mountain. We will definitely be back (and can't wait to try the place in the winter, as it's a true ski-in/ski-out!

Nice condo on Burke Mtn

Pretty high on the mountain on a gravel road and easy access to the bike park. Lots of space and nice that each room is on its own level. The property manger was super responsive and flexible on check-in/check-out times. Would stay again.
