Thank you for the 10/10 review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the property and found everything just as pictured. We appreciate you staying with Big Bear Lakefront Cabins and look forward to welcoming you back on your next Big Bear getaway!

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful lake views and found the beds comfortable! Fishing can definitely vary depending on the season and conditions, but we hope you still enjoyed some time out on the lake. We also appreciate your feedback about the dock. Being right on the water, spider webs can accumulate quickly, but we'll be sure to share your concerns with our team and give the dock furniture some extra attention. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back to Big Bear soon!

Thank you, Garrett! We’re so glad you and the kids had a great time at the cabin, especially enjoying the dock and the lake. There’s nothing better than making family memories by the water in Big Bear. We appreciate you staying with Big Bear Lakefront Cabins and look forward to welcoming you back!

Jacquelin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad the beautiful lake views and fishing brought some enjoyment to your trip. We sincerely apologize that your stay fell short of the relaxing getaway you expected. While neighboring construction noise is unfortunately out of our control, and was a surprise to us, we completely understand how disruptive it was to your peace and quiet. Please note that we take your safety and cleanliness concerns very seriously. Our maintenance and housekeeping teams have addressed the following: • Safety Fixes: Repairing the dock handrail, securing the fence, sanding splintering rails, and checking the stairs. • Housekeeping: Deep cleaning all dishes and drains, and upgrading our in-cabin cleaning supplies. • Appliances: Inspecting the dishwasher and washing machine for immediate repair or replacement. Your feedback helps us improve. We will be contacting you and we hope to welcome you back for a true 5-star experience.

Thank you Chris for the wonderful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the lake views, dock, spa, and peaceful surroundings. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back for a longer stay soon!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re very glad to hear you overall enjoyed your stay and the property. We also appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Our team takes guest safety and comfort very seriously, and we will make sure these items are addressed immediately. We also appreciate your comments regarding the dock seating. Thank you so much for your wonderful 10/10 review! We're thrilled to hear you, your group, and your pup had such a great stay. It's great to know the fenced yard, balconies, and private dock gave your dog plenty of room to explore safely, and that the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, strong Wi-Fi, and hot tub helped make your vacation even more enjoyable. We also appreciate you mentioning the detached third bedroom, as it's a unique feature that's perfect for guests looking for a little extra privacy. Thank you as well for your understanding regarding the temporary power outages. As you mentioned, these Public Safety Power Shutoffs are occasionally implemented by Southern California Edison during high winds to help reduce wildfire risk and protect our mountain community. We truly appreciate your understanding and your thoughtful review. We can't wait to welcome you back to Big Bear Lakefront Cabins for another relaxing stay by the lake!
