About Tricia Reynolds
My family & I moved to Greenville in July 2014 from Western Canada. We love the South, and have done our best to explore everything we can in the Greenville area; culturally, geographically and otherwise. As frequent VRBO users ourselves, we are excited to offer other travelers a fantastic place to call home while they visit our beloved city. If there is anything we can help you with, please feel free to reach out to us!

Why Tricia Reynolds chose Downtown Greenville
When we walked into this property, I instantly fell in love with the exposed brick walls, and I envisioned how fun it would be to decorate. The "industrial loft" feel of this apartment is something I've always hoped I could live in one day.

Super Clean and Perfect location!!!
This was my first short term rental. I didn’t know what to expect, but this place set the bar extremely high for future rentals.
Hidden gem in the heart of the action!
Beautiful upscale little condo, perfect for a couple wanting direct access to restaurants, bars and shopping on Main as well as steps away from the Falls at Reedy River and the West End. Will definitely stay here again!
PERFECT ACCOMMODATIONS FOR EASY WESTIN ACCESS!
our daughter's wedding reception was at the Westin and given we were coming from Maryland to attend, we wanted access to a larger space that also would he close and allow for a little more privacy. The condo is a spacious one bedroom with comfortable, clean and modern furnishings. The building is old and quirky, but we loved that characteristic. There is everything you need there including free parking at the attached garage that connects to the Westin as well. Perfect for 2 people. Wouldn't recommend much larger given there is only one bathroom and you can only access through bedroom. But it is large enough that with smaller children, it would not be problematic. Big closet as well. Only thing not available was the washer/dryer. Would have been nice to do a load of laundry while there. Literally one block from Main Street, restaurants, market, etc. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
A gem in an amazing location
This condo was a perfect spot for exploring Greenville and all the amazing things this adorable city has to offer. We went running on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, rented bikes and rode on the Swamp Rabbit to Travelers Rest, shopped and ate along Main Street and along the river, drove out to Hotel Domestique for dinner at Restaurant 17, and relaxed on the couch. The bed was comfy, the condo was extremely clean and we will definitely be back (hopefully in the fall when its not 98 degrees!). The only suggestion I have is to put a full length mirror in the closet or bathroom and maybe provide at least a half a roll of paper towels and a few extra trash bags as starters. We had everything else we needed and Publix is super close so we got groceries there for breakfasts and snacks. Our favorite restaurant was Sidewalls Pizza (try the smokey salad) and I also loved a quick healthy lunch at Happy + Hale. Can't wait to return!
Fabulous condo in a great location! We had everything we needed and loved walking to downtown restaurants and shopping. Tricia is a gracious and responsive host! We look forward to our next visit.
You can't go wrong with this choice!
This was our first trip to Greenville and staying in this condo made the trip even better. Great location--walk to downtown, west end and park in minutes. The place felt very homey and welcoming, with new furniture and appliances. Very clean also and well appointed. Tricia was very responsive and helpful. You can't go wrong with this choice!
This may be the BEST location for the traveler looking for suite accommodations in Greenville! 1/2 block off Main Street, and within 2 blocks of a multitude of excellent restaurants, live theater, Reedy River, Falls Park, the Children's Museum, Art Galleries, unique boutique shopping, music venues, bike shops and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. All this, but in a charming, quiet and private location within view of Main Street ! What a perfect escape.
