Charmant condo en bord de mer de style Island, lumineux et aéré avec cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse, grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon et la chambre principale, câble, climatisation et ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre, Internet et un téléphone pour les appels locaux. Profitez de votre café du matin préparé frais dans votre cafetière Keurig sur la véranda couverte donnant sur la mer des Caraïbes! Un patio parfait pour manger en plein air pour admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil.
L'unité a deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, un lit queen et 1 lit jumeau dans la 2e chambre. (5 personnes)
La propriété est très bien située sur la plage sud de 7 Mile et dispose d'une piscine avec un espace barbecue, des chaises longues / parasols et un court de tennis éclairé. Vous disposerez d'un espace de stationnement privé et gratuit. Le condo est situé dans un endroit calme et isolé mais à proximité d'une merveilleuse épicerie sur l'île, (vous pouvez même faire livrer vos courses), des meilleurs bars et restaurants, une salle de sport, une boulangerie, une pharmacie et beaucoup de morilles! Certains des meilleurs snorkeling sur Seven Mile Beach sont juste au-delà du condo, à l'épave du Gamma, vraiment incroyable!

Amazing views and beach front. Shell filled beach but easy to walk to a swimming dock. The snorkeling to a shipwreck right off shore was awesome.

Great unit and location. Liked the quiet atmosphere and people we met. Several were owners of units. Pool an access to beach were great. Appliances were good. Beds need to be upgraded. Beach towels and chairs were good to take to other beaches

My wife and I stayed at Cocoplum for 2 weeks. The ocean front views are incredible. The location was great as well, close to everything along 7 Mile Beach and less than a mile from the pier and downtown Georgetown, also very quiet and away from the crowds. Jayne, the property manager, was extremely attentive and friendly. We would recommend to anyone that wants to be close to the action but with lots of privacy.

Late June 2025 stay

We were very happy with the Vrbo. Cocoplum was close to many restaurants and activities. A shower drive from airport and Georgetown. Clean, comfortable, oceanfront. I’d definitely stay here again. There is also the wreck of the gamma close to shore, which is excellent for snorkeling right off the beach acccessed from the property.

Wonderful stay!

My family enjoyed 6 wonderful nights at this beachfront condo. We were able to snorkel right outside our door, enjoyed access to several other beaches and just minutes to downtown for dinners. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Lovely beachfront condo

Our family stayed here in March. We chose the Cayman Islands to get my daughter scuba certified. This was the perfect place for our stay. Fantastic location. Right on the beach. Walking distance to a gym and yoga studio. Lots of restaurants near by. The condo itself was perfect. Great lay out. Would definitely stay again!!!

Awesome place for our family

It was nice to be out of the way of the large resorts in a quieter setting with a pool and wreck snorkeling just off the beach. Loved the sunset views and easy and close parking. Anything we needed was included with the condo including kitchen amenities.

lovely spot for families

We enjoyed our stay and the privacy this location has. The unit was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is dated and could use nicer quality cooking pans and better quality small appliances (toaster, blender etc) but the bathrooms are renovated, the pool is very clean, the beach is beautiful and private and the air conditioning is very cold. We would recommend the unit for a family trip.

Quiet and Beautiful

We stayed 6 nights in this condo. We enjoyed the views of the ocean. The cruise ships were also beautiful to see and the snorkeling nearby was a hit with my family. The sunken shipwreck was close by with lots of fish to see.

Relaxing Stay

This was our first time in the Cayman Islands and we had such a relaxing time here. The condo was perfect for us. We were the only ones at the pool most days and the beach was not crowded at all. My husband and I played tennis nearly every morning and we played rummy in the evenings. The condo was clean, had beach towels, chairs, rafts, goggles, etc. which was all handy to use as well. The freezer even had a working ice maker which was convenient! We walked to dinner most nights.

Wonderful place for first time visit

This property is very centrally and conveniently located near lots of restaurants, a grocery store, a gym and many other amenities. We looked at many options for our first visit to Grand Cayman and are very happy we chose this location on seven mile beach. Great communication by property manager and condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Would stay again!

A nice stay. Condo has a pretty water view; Near shopping and restaurants but quiet. (Pool looks considerably bigger in the listing).

Exceeded our expectations

This property is a quick drive from the airport, a walkable distance from an excellent grocery (Kirks), and very close to several public beach access points. We rarely left the property, as the pool and beach met our needs. We were so impressed with this location, and it’s cleanliness, that we are planning another trip in the next several months.

Great location, responsive host

Great quiet location with close proximity to commercial areas and 7-mile beach. Jayne is very responsive and accommodative. There are many thoughtful amenities not mentioned such as beach chairs, floats, glad lunch boxes, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped and you can cook a full meal.

The perfect accomodations

We stayed at 7 miles beach in the Grand Cayman and stayed in a condo in the perfect location with a perfect view. We had access to restaurants, bars, shopping and the food market within walking distance. Cocoplum was quiet, clean and just a few steps to the beach. The island is so beautiful and most importantly, its people are very helpful and friendly. At no point we felt unsafe!
