This beautiful modern stylish 2BR/2B Ocean Front *second floor* condo is nestled on Seven Mile Beach at the Grandview Condominiums and makes for the perfect vacation getaway experience with the very best #CaymanKind service.

The space offers all the amenities and conveniences of a home away from home.

On entry, you are greeted with mesmerizing oceanfront views of the Caribbean Sea.

Within the large spacious open plan layout, this condo has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a stackable washer/dryer, and adjacent dining area with ample seating.

Move into the living area where you can sit back relax and enjoy the comforts of plush furnishings and a large 55-inch HDTV, if you must while on vacation :)

Then head over to the best part, your own private screened porch with dining, and take in those incredibly breathtaking sunrise and sunset views.

From the master in the comfort of a King Bed wake up to the sunrise to start your day. A large walk-in closet provides maximum storage. The master en-suite boasts a large walk-in shower and double vanity sink.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed with more storage and the guest bath has a tub available if this is your preference.

Linens, beach, and bath towels along with toiletries are also provided in the unit on arrival.

From the condo, take just a few steps outside and down the stairs and you are at the pool and beach. Here you can lounge on the sun deck or enter the private cove and head off to snorkel and see a ton of sea life including, turtles and parrot fish.

Lovely place and setup. Close to restaurants and a short walk to shopping and 7 mile beach. Even nicer than the pics. Ice cubes and filtered water, beach gear, small amenities that make a big difference.Highly recommend.

Overall our stay was fantastic. Kenesha, the host, communicated very well. The condo was clean and updated nicely. The condo grounds were beautiful and the location was great, especially as we were wanting a quieter experience. The one area of opportunity were the mattresses. We found them stiff and uncomfortable.

We arrived at the airport and took a 15 minute taxi ride to a pub, Fidel Murphy's because we arrived too early for check-in to our condo. We sat outside at the picnic tables and enjoyed a leisurely meal before walking to our condo. The condo is beach front just as shown in the photos. The screened-in balcony was large and overlooked the lagoon and ocean. The pool and hot tub were nice and uncrowded. The sandy beach was clean and very few people were walking on it. There is a ladder to climb down into the water and you can swim to the lagoon. The condo was decorated in a coastal theme, comfortable beds and couch. Playing cards and a game for available to use as well as some beach/snorkle equipment. We were able to order food from a local grocery store and have it delivered to our condo. We were within walking distance to the restaurants: Peppers Bar and Grill, Cimboco, Chicken Chicken (we got the meal for family of 4 and had leftovers). We went on a few excursions: Red Sail Catamaran snorkel trip to String Ray Point, Bioluminescent Bay tour and starfish point, and the Cayman Turtle Center (take a taxi there but ride the free shuttle back). All in all, we had a wonderful time at this condo on Grand Cayman Island. We highly recommend it.

The condo was everything we needed. Great location right on the beach. The property offered every amenity you could want, including snorkeling equipment which we used right off our beach.

One week during Spring

Very comfortable property in a great location. Excellent view, especially at sunset. Close to several restaurants and shopping. Easy snorkeling from beach. Good communication with host. We'd definitely stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our time! The good- a great view and sunset. The screened in porch was amazing for enjoying the fresh air and view but avoiding bugs. The place was spotless. There were fresh flowers and gentle music when we arrived which was lovely! Beach chairs, floats and plenty of towels were provided. The bad- there were no less than 6 plug-in air fresheners in this tiny condo when we arrived and the place was so overwhelmed by that chemical smell, it took a full day to air it out. (We unplugged them all and put them in a sealed plastic bag for our stay.) Half the condo had weird lighting that felt like a grocery store. Very white and clinical, like the last time they changed the bulbs they got the wrong ones. There were no dishwasher pods and when I wrote to ask that they drop some by, I never got a response. The morning we were leaving she finally wrote to say they are kept under the sink. Obviously this is where you keep dishwasher pods but there weren’t any. There was a baggie labeled “dishwasher pods” with none inside. Easy issues to manage and when we did communicate she was super friendly.

Beach view

Beautiful updated condo with screened in patio. Condo provides more items for your use than currently listed; ie beach towels, floats, sand toys, full face snorkels, flippers, adult life jackets and more. Everything worked as expected. Great location if you prefer less beach traffic. If bringing kids and expect Sandy beach with the ability to play at the waters edge you will need to go down the beach away for rhat. We absolutely loved our stay! Highly recommend.

Images don't do Justice

The pictures and description of the condo are excellent, but the reality is even better. We were blown away by the size and feel of the rooms. There are great restaurants nearby, a grociery store is a 15 minute walk away and the beach and pool are just don't the steps.We had one issue with the AC not working at night and a wonderful technician was quickly sent out. The grounds are extrmely well kept and the trees on the beach offer shade or just move the side and have your sun.We will be back!

Quiet Piece of Paradise

This property is a gem and so peaceful and quiet. It has designated parking, beautiful grounds, a large pool with plenty of loungers, tables and chairs, and a hot tub. The area is well lit at night and tranquil. Ocean access is limited due to rocks but there is a small area we entered. The water here is beautiful and calm. The best of both worlds sand and pool. The property sits on the water and a block off the main road making it quiet yet easy for travel. There are a couple of amazing restaurants near by and the grocery and liquor store not far. Residents of this property were so kind. Arrival was welcoming and easy. All communication was top notch. The unit was beautifully decorated and clean, everything one could need. There is a provided cooler for day trips, beach chairs and towels, and an assortment of pool floats. They provided a few extras in supplies which were much appreciated and well done. We highly recommend this property and have already inquired about returning.

Absolutely wonderful property with a beautiful view of the water. Very clean and well kept. When we arrived, we were surprised as there was comforting music playing and a gift basket full of goodies for our stay! The condo had plenty of necessary household items as well as beach chairs and other recreational equipment for the pool or beach. Lots of clear instructions and recommendations for things to do and places to eat locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay!Kenesha was clear and efficient n her communication and we will try to stay here again the next time we are in Grand Cayman!
