Stunning newer luxury construction rental unit with amazing panoramic ocean views that is 10 steps from the beach. There are balconies on every floor including a huge balcony on the top floor bonus room space. The house also has an elevator, parking for 5 cars, high end appliances and furnishings and an outdoor shower.

Relax on the outdoor patio while grilling on the bbq, after a fun day at the beach. At night, please enjoy drinks on the bonus room balcony from the wet bar.

This is an amazing home which we hope that you will enjoy as much as our family does.

Awesome Beach Stay

Brad and Katie’s house was so much fun. The house is immaculate and literally on the beach. I have small kids and we were able to come and go on the beach as we pleased. We ran the kids back for naps and lunch instead of always packing up all the food to bring to the beach. We were a family 4 plus my parents. We all had more than enough space. The outdoor decks were very nice.

Wonderful Home, Great Location, Great Tech, and Big

The location and views are only eclipsed by how wonderfully appointed and well laid out the home is. Modern everything, appliance, network, music, washer/dryer, outdoor speakers, tv, microwave...all while feeling as homey and comfortable as....well being home! Great communication from the owners as well. Highly recommend
