We picked this house for its location near Champions Gate. We stayed for a Lacrosse tournament. It was a great location and has a lot of space. The garage game area was fun. The host is responsive when asked questions.

A lot of amenities listed were lacking, and the house is in rough shape. Projector upstairs overheated, tv downstairs has blue hue on it no matter the settings, spa took a very long time to heat up and was extremely pricey. Every cabinet is loose on its hinges. Communication was pretty good. House is very large with tons of beds and bathrooms.

We had a great stay at this home. The home was clean and very spacious. The only few things that may need some attention would be the digital lock on the front door was broken and there was only one key in the lock box. The other things are the ice maker on the fridge did not work and would leak water all over the floor in the front of the fridge. Also we paid for the pool to be heated at 50 a day and the jacuzzi was the only part that was warm and the back porch fan lights did not work. Which made it pretty dark out back while being out there and we had to use our cell phone lights to see. Other than those few things which are all easy fixes the place was great. There are some really nice things as well, which was the game room and the movie room which the kids loved. Also a fantastic part is the very large dining room table.

We had a great stay overall! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and very spacious, perfect for our group. The owner was an excellent communicator and responded quickly anytime we had a question.There were a few minor issues during our stay — some outlets didn’t work, the hot water in the master tub was inconsistent, and only one sink in the master bathroom had hot water. The refrigerator had a small leak, and the sofa was a bit worn. It also would’ve been nice to have a few more basic cleaning supplies available.Even with those small inconveniences, we really enjoyed our time here and would consider staying again. With a few updates, this place would be absolutely perfect!

This property was very nice, the kids enjoyed the pool. The only problem I saw was the grill which I paid an extra 50 for the cleaning and gas was old well used needed not only to be cleaned but to be replaced.That was my only thing I would give a bad review to. Otherwise couldn’t have been better!!

Looks like the host has been aware of certain flaws in the house such as leaking fridge, etc. the house truly does not seem kept up with as far as cleaning. The floors were so dirty all of our feet/ socks are black. There is now bath mats in any baths but the master. The movie theatre couch is filthy in between the seats. You get what you pay for to be honest. The pool area has weeds growing all over in between the pavers. The lock on the sliding door was broken, and one of the pool doors that leads outside was also broken. The garbage disposals was unplugged? Weird… and did not work. There was a tremendous amount of fruit flys and the garage disposals was pushing black junk into the sink. The house needs some serious TLC.

Worst Nightmare, Stay Away

Tattered, worn sofa not fit to sit on. Leaking refrigerator. Broken lock on sliding glass door. Dirty walls in need of paint. Holes in the pool screen and woods behind.Big, nice home - poorly maintained and not cleaned well. Not an accurate reflection of the pictures! On check-in day, host sent a message warning of minor repairs, updates needed. If I'd received the message during the grace period, I would have canceled.Upon entry, I contacted Vrbo immediately and asked to move to another home. Our day at Disney was the next day, so we had no choice but to stay in a house none of us felt comfortable staying in OR cancel Disney. Sheets in upstairs master were old, mattress was worn out, towel rack came out of the wall!Upstairs movie room was nice, but we could never use it b/c it wasn't working properly - no instructions, Roku in a iocked glass case. Repeated attempts to get the host to rectify issues and repeated calls to Vrbo (hours spent on the phone) left us frustrated and disgusted given the money spent and anticipation we had for our vacation. Day 3, a man with masking tape came to tape the pool screen. The leaking fridge was never fixed. He wanted us to allow the repairman to enter the home while we were out - with our dog and personal belongings inside??? Host told me to watch tv in the living room when I complained about the the movie room. We checked out early and moved to another home- much better experience. This host should not be allowed to rent!
