Spring special! Enjoy Lake Martin at its best!

Renovated and up-to-date 3 bed and 3 bath home just steps down a gently sloping yard onto a walk board, leads you to the crystal clear water of Lake Martin. A massive oversized pier with 5 loungers gives you plenty of room for laying in the sun or a table for 6 under the gazebo when it’s too hot! Our house gives you plenty of options. On the main level, you will have plenty of room for family in the open great room, kitchen with coffee and wine bar and dining table for 8, seating for 4 at the island gives you lots of options. Down the hall, is a full bathroom, a laundry room, guest bedroom with a queen bed and the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath at the end of the hall. Down a flight of stairs to the lake level is another bedroom to the right with a king bed and adjacent second living area with your choice of pullout sofa with queen mattress that sleeps 2 or a Murphy Bed with queen bed that sleeps 2. Inside the round metal cocktail table are sheets pillows and blankets for both. A full bath with shower is adjacent and door to lake completes the downstairs space!

The stay was great! This was the first time we had been to Lake Martin and great first impression. The house was super clean and cozy. Plenty of room for 6. The view was great and perfect location for us fishing a tournament out of the Wind Creek launch. Would recommend to anyone. Oh yeah and the neighbors were super friendly as well!

Wonderful Experience

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! We loved the area and the slough the house sat in. The slough was clean and deep. Very quiet with the perfect yard and dock for children and/or pets. Susan was a great host and very accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Cousins Reunion

Beautiful property with great views of the lake, spacious interior, & easy access to the water for floating, swimming & fishing off the dock. Nice area too. As a group of all ladies we felt very safe & appreciated close proximity to town for any supplies.

My husband and I have a long history with the Lake Martin area and love it dearly. My husband has lived in Dadeville his entire life and I've been here since we married, so I feel very invested in this area. We have 5 children and 12 precious grandchildren and 2 greats. We have lots of memories here and certainly hope that you and your family make lots of happy memories here on Lake Martin regardless of whether you choose our property or someone elses!

Why they chose this property

Dadeville has been my husband's home for his entire life and mine since we married. We chose this place out of all of the places that were for sale because the view spoke to us and the area is so near and dear to our hearts. It is not so close to our home that we feel that we are in our backyard but near enough that we don't have to drive several hour to reach it. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we have.
If you want to eat out every meal for your vacation, all you have to bring is your clothes, shoes and toothbrush. We pride ourselves on having a "little bit of everything" available.

What makes this property unique

Our house is centrally located. Close to River North and Lakeside marina for those folks who need to rent a boat. Wind Creek State Park is only 3 miles away from us by car. There are lots of area restaurants available to choose from in Dadeville like Oscars Cafe, Niffers on the Lake, Millers on Broadnax, Camellia Cafe & The Funky Goat in Dadeville, LaPosadas Mexican Restaurant in Alex City. In Alex City there is Jakes Steakhouse, Ruby Tuesday, J. R. Sports Bar, Jim Bob's Chicken Fingers, Zaxbys, Sho' Nuff BBQ, Big B BBQ, Sakura Bistro Japanese Steakhouse, Castelulluci’s The Wharf, Sun’s Diner, Who’s Diner, Carib Kitchen, then there is the landmark Kowliga Restaurant, with easy access by water or road (Hwy. 63), The Landing at ParkerCreek (a seasonal restaurant), please check before driving to see if it is open, accessible by water or road, Springhouse Restaurant and Catherine's Market at Russell Crossroads on Hwy. 63, open year round. These are just to name a few. Fermenters Market is located downtown next door to JR’s Sports Bar for the wine connoisseur and Ocie & Belle’s bar on Main Street.
