Welcome to Island Bliss...a comfortable and relaxing home away from home

Professionally cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines in between guests.

“A relaxing and comfortable home away from home” is how guests describes this tranquil 3 level beach block town-home. Island Bliss is a bright and spacious south end townhouse located just steps from the guarded beach entrance.

Island Bliss features new central air, cathedral ceilings, open floor plan, lots of windows, multiple decks, gas grill, outside shower and comes with 8 beach tags and multiple beach chairs, beach carts and sand toys!

The 3rd floor master bedroom features a king sized bed, a private deck, and spa-like bathroom. A second bedroom on the upper level features 2 twin beds, and overlooks the large family room.
One bedroom on the first floor features twin beds with new memory foam mattresses. There's also a flat screen TV with available gaming system. The other spacious bedroom has a queen sized bed with comfortable pillow top luxury mattress. A full bath on the first floor is shared by the 2 bedrooms. A full sized laundry room with a family sized washer and dryer is also on this level.
A beautiful, spacious and airy family room is on the second floor, with double sliding glass doors leading to a nice sized deck, where you can relax on the comfortable furniture, enjoy a drink, and listen to the sounds of the ocean! The kitchen has recently been remodeled, and features new stainless steel appliances. The new dining room furniture comfortably seats the whole family and also has its own deck, where you can grill a tasty meal, and an adjoining bar area.
The bedrooms and family room feature flat panel HDTV's, premium satellite TV and high speed internet, making even rainy days a pleasure! The beach is a relaxing 7 minute walk, through the dunes and meadow.

This place is perfect for multiple families or one big family. The hosts thought of everything, from bikes and beach carts to amenities in the house. We were so impressed! We have rented on the island for 10 years this is by far one of the cleanest, most organized, and well-appointed houses we have stayed.

Great property, very clean and plenty of room for all. Located close to AC. Has a great golf/casino weekend for my buddy's 50th. Great hosts - easy process and no hassle. Would come again.

Beautiful Vacation Location

We had a great stay at Island Bliss, the house was impeccably clean and smelled fantastic! It was close to town and AC, we loved that it was less than a 10 min ride anywhere we wanted to go, including the grocery store. Great time and the neighbors were nice too! Thanks Kurt and Maria!

Spacious and updated!

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Bliss. The property is spacious, nicely updated, has great amenities, and is located on a quiet block. The walk to the ocean could be considered by some to be too long, but it was pretty, well maintained and led to a wide, quiet, guarded beach. The owners were responsive, easy going and a pleasure to work with! We had a great family vacation!

Island Bliss is great!

Wonderful location though a little far from the beach. The owners had everything you would need. No need to bring anything but sheets and towels. The deck is awesome. Would definitely book with them again.

My family and I did an off-season stay at Island Bliss and it was excellent. Really appreciated Kurt's communication at every point in the process. My entire family was impressed by how clean and organized the entire 3 floor property was for us as renters. And the kids were excited to stay in their "twin bed room with a tv!" ...Thank you.

Thoroughly pleasant for a winter getaway

We enjoyed cozying in the living room in front of the fire, the extremely comfortable king size bed, well-fitted out kitchen, the balconies. Kurt was extremely responsive and helpful. The only slight wrinkle is that for the cost we feel the sheets and towels should have been included.

Wonderful Week!

We have been renting in Brigantine for the past 5 years and this is by far the most comfortable house we have stayed in! The overall decor was lovely- so many thoughtful touches.The reading nook in the family room was everyone’s favorite! Great front deck- retractable awning was amazing to help shield the sun.Beds- all super comfortable! Everyone slept well. The only thing that could have made it better is if sheets were included- but we rented from a local company so our linens were dropped off and picked up for us- easy! Kitchen/grill- kitchen had everything we could need and then some. Great to have a grill to use too!Outdoor shower- perfect for the end of a Long Beach dayBeach- if you’ve never stayed on this end of the island- it is a long walk to the water. But…once you get there, the beach is never crowded on this end!Hosts- Kurt and Maria were responsive and lovely hosts- their instructions for the house were very helpful. Everything was just as they said it would be. Thanks so much! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything you need!

The place was extremely clean, well appointed and neat everything we needed. Walking trail to the beach, Atlantic City 8 min Uber ride, fishing charter 5 min away.. pub at st George 2 min away.. Hosts were fantastic and responsive. Check in was seamless. I would highly reccomend this stay for large families, groups or couples Getaway. We were an extended family group of 8 and had plenty of privacy and common area. If it’s a question of where to book and you’ve come across this place, skip the rest., you’ll be on Zillow shortly after you check in looking for similar real estate to move to!! Thank you!

Blissful retreat (for a work and friend vacation!)

My best friend and I rented this absolutely lovely place for almost a week-working during the week throughout this spacious, quiet and well-wifi-ed 3 story home. Nothing bothered us except the birds and ocean breezes enticing us away from our laptops. Our spouses and four boys joined us for the weekend and we lucked out with perfect early summer weather. We took advantage of the bikes and chairs available to us at the house to explore several of the Brigantine beaches and takeout from Ernst and Sons and also Crab Shack-both solid choices for hoagies and lobster rolls and clam chowder, respectively. This house was ideal-beautifully appointed with really everything you could want, especially if you want to cook/grill. We couldn’t believe the knives were sharp and also great quality-that rarely happens at a rental! The beds were very comfortable, the couches and outside deck chairs meant for afternoon naps and lots of great nooks for puzzles, games, reading or tv watching. Great communication from Kurt throughout the process and really one of the top places we’ve stayed in terms of just making you feel so comfortable with the cleanliness, the amenities and peace and quiet. We definitely hope to rent this house again!

amazing September weekend

Great super clean property, nice location, convenient to the beach. A three-level townhouse provided enough common space for us to interact, and some separation and privacy for all. Loved the outdoor spaces, morning coffee on the deck, bike rides with my son, the proximity of the tennis courts, supermarket, etc. I would love to come back and spend some more time.

Fresh, clean and easy

Our stay was lovely and the property had everything we needed. The decor is pretty and fresh, the king bed was very comfortable and the kids had a great time in the bunk beds and the loft space. I enjoyed watching the sunsets on the spacious balcony. We really like staying on the south side of the island because the beach is much less crowded. Thanks for having us!

Well laid out and comfortable. Good location to get to AC. Clean and has a good number of amenities. Only minor drawback is sketchy entertainment equipment. Bluetooth and TV a bit confusing and limited. Overall a very nice place and would return.

Our family stayed at the Island Bliss for the 4th of July 2018 week. Besides having the most amazing beach weather, we were completely satisfied with our beach house rental. The location is perfect and the beach house pretty much has you covered to enjoy your day on the beach. The home is well equipped......the beds were comfy, the house was spotless and the upgrades were awesome. The owners, Kurt and Maria couldn't be more accommodating and quick to respond with any questions or concerns prior to as well as during our stay. We will definitely visit Island Bliss in the future!!!

We're Kurt and Maria Stoltz, from Willow Grove, PA, about an hour and a half from Brigantine. We have 3 children and we all love the beach. We've rented at the Jersey shore for years, always longed for a place of our own, and were lucky enough in 2015 to be able to make that dream a reality. We love this house and consider it truly a home away from home and try to use it as frequently as possible. But when we're not there, we do make it available for rent, and hope you will love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We had looked for years for a beach house, in different towns, states, and even countries! But what we love about Brigantine is its small town feel; everyone is always so nice and friendly, we felt at home right away. We never worried about letting our kids walk around town, there are no cars racing down the streets, and the beach is beautiful and private. The sunsets in Brigantine are breathtaking, at times you can't believe you're not looking at a painting. And yet, Atlantic City, with all it's night life, clubs, and 5 star restaurants is literally a 10 minute drive away.
