Sleeping arrangements
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The main-floor primary suite includes a king bed and en suite bath. Additional bedrooms feature a mix of queen and full-size beds, all with fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and space to unpack and settle in.

Outdoor living
Days flow naturally between the sun and shade in the backyard. The screened-in lanai surrounds a pool that can be heated on request w/an additional fee, while a shaded tiki hut offers a full grill station for outdoor cooking. Nearby, a fire pit sets the mood for relaxed evenings beneath the stars, with ceiling fans gently stirring the air.

Kitchen & dining
At the heart of the home, the kitchen features a granite island, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and wine glasses. Cookware, dishes, and silverware are provided so you can prepare meals to share at the dining table—whether a quick breakfast before the beach or a slow dinner together.

Indoor comfort
Natural light fills the open living area, where you can gather for movies on the HDTV or take in views of the pool and palms. WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to balance rest and routine. Essentials like towels, soap, and toilet paper, plus a washer and dryer, ensure a smooth stay.

Amenities & extras
You’ll have air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and home safety features including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher. Beach access is nearby, and beach essentials are provided. The property includes a private entrance, free driveway parking, and self check-in via keypad. It’s ideal for families and groups seeking time together by the shore and dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees (see below).

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
