Pool heat is available with advance request for an additional fee of $40 per day. When you prefer to gather outside, the fire pit and the tiki hut with its grill station create an inviting space for simple meals or quiet conversation.

Kitchen & dining
An open kitchen connects seamlessly with the dining and living areas, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them together. The space includes the kitchen appliances and features listed in the amenities, along with a dining table for shared meals or casual snacks. Large windows and open sightlines help the main level feel connected, whether you are cooking, relaxing, or planning the next day’s outing.

Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The main-floor primary suite includes a king bed and a private en suite bath. A second bedroom features a queen bed and a bath, and a third offers two queen beds. Upstairs, one bedroom includes two full-size beds and an en suite bath, while another has a queen bed with its own private bath.

Comfort & amenities
Inside, you will find air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. Essentials such as bed linens, towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided, and a washer, dryer, and iron add convenience for longer stays. Entertainment includes an HDTV, and safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed & weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along w/ additional pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
