Escape to this charming, architect-designed cottage nestled on 5 picturesque, English-inspired acres in the peaceful village of Exeter. Ideal for solo travelers or couples. Our cottage offers flexible accommodation to suit your needs.

Enjoy a self-contained space with a cozy gas log fire, air conditioning, and a beautifully appointed interior. Light and airy with French doors opening out to mature gardens.

The cottage features two private ensuite bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy.

For solo travelers or couples: Your booking includes access to one bedroom with an ensuite, creating a cozy and cost effective retreat.

For Groups of up to 4: If you require access to both bedrooms and ensuites, please let us know in advance. A small additional fee applies.

Took my Mum away for the weekend to Anne’s lovely cottage. We really enjoyed our stay - beautiful gardens, easy to access and check in, well kept and maintained. Kitchen well stocked down to the tea set and placemats and dishwasher tablets. The two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms were perfect for us. Highly recommend!

A marvellous stay and the accommodation was fabulous.

Have stayed at this property on another occasion and will revisit it due to its position in the community and the facilities and the superb garden.

Wonderful peaceful retreat

Anne's property is so peaceful and surrounded by beautiful gardens. We spent New Years Eve and Day here and it was a much needed relaxing escape.

A delightful place to stay

A gorgeous place to stay in a beautiful garden setting. The windows all round let in so much light and we spent a lovely afternoon relaxing outside. All the attractions of the Southern Highlands are easily accessible from Woodbury Lodge.

Woodbury Lodge is a beautiful place to stay. A gem of a house full of light and warmth with views over a wonderful garden. Anne is a kind and thoughtful host. My second visit confirmed this is an exceptional property.

Cosy, peaceful stay

The Lodge is light-filled, comfortable, peaceful and very private. Set in vast gardens and apart from the main house, it has everything that you need. Great beds, well-equipped kitchen and either air-conditioning or gas heating.

Lovely Highlands stay

Really lovely little house, we felt very welcome and had everything we needed. Especially lovely to have two bathrooms for two friends who were having a midweek Mini break. Short drives to Sutton Forrest, Moss Vale and Bundanoon, we wish we stayed a third night!

Fabulous

We have stayed at the accommodations on 3 occasions now. The accommodation is perfect and it is situated close to amenities. The host is marvellous and the gardens surrounding the accommodation are spectacular.

Woodbury lodge is Slice of heaven

Woodbury lodge was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The cottage is so nice with plenty of natural light filtering in through the french doors. The grounds were picturesque. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely return.
