We had a wonderful weekend stay at Casa Antica. The location is absolutely perfect with only a short stroll to the main street, cafes, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxing. The property itself was clean and had the essentials required for our stay.

Perfect position. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, churches, Bradman museum and hospital. Generous sized comfortable home, which can accommodate up to 8 people. We arrived during a cold snap and the underfloor heating kept us beautifully warm.

The property was in a great location. The bedrooms were nice and big and the house had a quaint vibe.The decor could use updating and it would be nice to see cobwebs removed from the corners of the ceiling. Overall, it was warm and cosy and we had a nice stay .

Lovely old house in a great location

We had a lovely girls weekend here, close to everything.However, you will need to bring milk and tea and coffee if you don’t want to have to go to the supermarket on arrival.The house was very warm and cosy and we did not need to light the fire. Host was easy to communicate with.

If you’re looking at booking this property due to the advertised photos and styling, it’s not the same furniture in the house, specifically in the main lounge room area. You can understand a little change, like in the bedrooms, but this was nothing like it. I contacted the host to ask why the furniture and overall condition of the house isn’t as advertised and was told there may be renovations in the future, right now it’s false advertising

Great Location

A quaint roomy house which was close to the main precinct. House is well equipped and spacious. We enjoyed our stay over a Day on the Green weekend and bus transport to event made the location of house convenient.

Casa Antica is a quintessential Bowral Californian Bungalow home built in 1927 . The period features are exceptional and rare with decorative 10'ft ceilings, timber floorboards throughout and large picture windows all within a double brick structure. The veranda makes outdoor entertaining lots of fun as the home is elevated with a lovely outlook on a large flat block. A rare and charming period home within 200m to the township of Bowral.
