Excepcionalmente ubicado en North Pacific Beach, esta casa está ubicada a 5 minutos a pie de la playa de surf de turmalina (3 manzanas). CA wedding

Had a small issue with towels but once that was figured out all was good. Great location and loved that all 3 bedrooms had a bathroom. Will definitely stay there again.

This condo was perfect for our needs, plenty of space for everyone to feel at home for our stay, great balconies for relaxing, and close to anything you need. Access to a garage for parking is a great amenity as well. I'd recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great spot! (Unless you need an accessible unit, this would not work well for those needs).

Great place and location!

Great Thanksgiving weekend. Great space, location, and kitchen and gas grill. Short walk to a great beach and boardwalk. Everything we needed for a great weekend.

Great Pacific Beach stay

Can't say enough good things about this Pacific Beach location. Walking distance to great restaurants, and close to the beach. Everything was just as deacribed and would definitely stay there again!

Great stay in PB!

Great place and great stay in PB. Loved the place. It was very spacious and in a great part of town. One complaint we had was the toilet paper, a bit rough and thin, other than that, everything was great!

Vacation

The property is well maintained and cleaned when we arrived. All the bedrooms have a bathroom which is really a plus. I wish they have firmer pillows and better cooking pans. The location is great. The beach is not a walking distance when you have children but walkable. There are restaurants nearby in walking distance which is also a plus. The 2 car garage is also a plus. Highly recommend this property. The host is great in his communication about the property. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Pacific Beach Rental

This is an awesome place for a group vacation. Great location close to beach but just far enough away from busy beach area. Kitchen was well stocked and the patio and grill was awesome for morning and evening meals! Greg was a great host with easy check in. Will rent again when back in the area.

A fantastic stay in Pacific Beach!

We had a great time during Spring Break staying at this property. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location is awesome. A quiet street, but close to lots of things and it’s a short ten minute walk to the beach. Greg offered many recommendations in the welcome packet which we appreciated.

Great home base for exploring San Diego, Pacific Beach and La Jolla

Very clean, loved Leilani next door for coffee and breakfast. Quiet block. Great location to explore from. Walking to bike/running path along the beach. Note that one of the three bedrooms is on the lower level.

Perfect!

We have stayed in many HomeAway rentals over the years here in the USA and abroad. This Pacific Beach Townhouse was so comfortable, clean and perfect for our family. Big fluffy towel, comfortable beds and the kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful meal. Greg was available when needed and very informative on the best places to eat and places to go. With family in the La Jolla area, we will definitely be back for many more stays.

This house was just perfect! Clean clean clean! Tons of room. Bathrooms were terrific! We cooked in the kitchen which was perfectly outfitted! The neighborhood was so cool! Easy walk to many options in a clean, fun and very very safe area! Walk to the beach! Laundry was helpful as well! I would stay here again so quickly that I wouldn’t bother looking anyplace else in the area! On top of all this, I left my phone chargers (6 foot long apple chargers, not throw aways) Greg ran over there and overnighted them to me. Not 2 day or something, overnight. It certainly speaks to who this host is. If there were a 6Th star they’d have it!

The whole family loved it!

We came to San Diego for my daughter’s law school graduation and my 60th birthday celebration & it was wonderful. We had plenty of room for everybody in the house we loved having two separate balconies and bathrooms for everyone!! It was a fantastic location with lots of great places to walk, eat, grab a cup of coffee or shop. The walk to the beach is about five or six blocks, which is not too far at all. Our age group was 25 to 85. Three generations all enjoyed the stay.

Great Host

At the last minute our previous booking canceled on us. I contacted Gregg and he responded immediately. He was able to make sure that the house was ready for us, even with short notice. I couldn't have asked for better communication. The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Good place for family stay

We were looking for a place for our family of four and my parents and this fit the bill. The bed rooms are spacious and each have an ensuite plus a half bath on the main floor. My father isn’t over mobile so he enjoyed sitting on the balconies and in the living area during the day. There is a nice large table for family meals as well as a large patio table - both would comfortably sit the 6 of us. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. There are two good breakfast places next door that get quite busy and a pub and a very good fish restaurant down the block. Lots of other stuff which is quite walkable, We walked to centre of PB with our 4 and 6 year old which took about 30 min. It is a really great location as you’re outside the louder bar area of PB. All and all a good stay. We needed a minor task down by the owner and he was prompt to respond. I would definitely recommend for a family stay.

Excellent home in a chill area near everything

I rented this house during high season and it absolutely was worth every penny. The house is well maintained, the kitchen satisfied all of or needs. The Garage is clean and spacious and there are bikes and a surfboard which you are free to use. On the first floor there is a large veranda with a six person dining table and a working gas BBQ. Every bedroom has it’s own bathoom which is just great if you travel with two teenage girls. Communication with Greg could be improved though. He answers not very fast most of the time and in the evening hours you won’t probably get an answer at all. But this is just a small downside. I would recommend this home to every family or group up to six people. I would love to stay here again.

My daughter and her friend stayed with me for the week for fall break. This was an awesome place to stay and very clean. I felt very safe here and it was very peaceful. Loved the place and will book again!

Perfect hub for an SD family vacation.

Great all around condo. Cant go wrong having a bath for each bedroom. Living space both inside and out! Eateries, coffee and groceries all within. Walking distance.

Great stay

Wonderful experience all around. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to the beach, and the more touristy area was only a 10-15 minute walk away. Lots of space for a family of 5, off street parking for our rented minivan, and maybe a 20 minute ride to both the zoo and La Jolla.

Great location

My family and I had a nice stay in this condo. It was well stocked, quiet, and roomy. Beds were comfortable. Close to different restaurants & coffee shops. Safe neighborhood location! Definitely would recommend this condo!

What an incredible townhome!! It was perfect for our family of 5!! It is in a very safe neighborhood and I’m walking distance to many great restaurants and the beach!! 2 great balconies!! Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!!
