An absolute gem! The perfect stay for our family of 4 (including 2 teens who each had their own room and bathroom). Location is perfect- a quick walk to the beach/restaurants and an easy drive downtown and north to Torrey Pines. Garage parking was awesome and the available beach towels and chairs were much appreciated. Overall a great week in a beautiful place! If we ever come back this way, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The host was so welcoming and responded to every question I asked promptly. All the plates, utensils, and shower amenities were prepared, and the place was very clean. The garage was spacious. You can walk to the beautiful beach. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful month-long stay here. The location is ideal - close to restaurants, the beach, and bay, yet peaceful. The 3-floor layout with spacious bedrooms and strong Wi-Fi made it great for privacy and remote work. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and household supplies, which made it feel very homey. The host was also super responsive and willing to answer queries. We’d love to return!

Very clean and convenient location. 10 minute walk to pacific beach. Neighborhood is mostly residential with the main street far enough away for no noise at night. Overall a great stay!

Perfect Spot & Perfect Hosts

This was the perfect house for 2 families to stay! 2 Primary bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids! We were just a few blocks from the beach, easy walking distance to so many things! We loved when entering the cleanliness of the house and the music playing! It was very inviting and the clean up to leave was minimal!! We highly recommend this home!!

A Perfect Weekend!

This was a wonderful stay with enough room for everyone, walkability to the beach and great food and coffee, and cozy spots to curl up and watch football and movies. We had a wonderful time and felt so happy to stay in such a beautiful, clean, and safe home.

Yes! This Home is as good as it looks!

Great multi-family rental

This was a great house for our multiple family group. We each had our own space but could all be together on the 2nd floor. The location is great, we could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was well maintained and was stocked with everything we needed.

San Diego spring break

Great layout for our two families. The location was 15 minutes or less to anywhere we wanted to visit. The garage made for easy parking for two cars and we also could walk to the beach and shops too.Could use true darkening shades and a few spider checks for showers and corners but very clean and nice accommodations! Thank you!

Perfection!

Loved the house it’s in a quiet neighborhood had everything we needed and walking distance to beach. Every floor has a bathroom and a room. The perfect space to share with family. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great week at the beach

Had the family in town for the week. Grandparents and kids spent multiple days walking to the beach and playing the sand. Belmont park was a blast and just down the street. We could even see the Sea World fireworks from the master suite upstairs!! Thanks for the stay!

Weekend getaway

Our family of four (two teenagers) really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Location was awesome, tons of space for everyone, and a very well stocked kitchen that had anything and everything we needed. The beds were some of the best we've slept in over the years of staying in many short term rental properties, we all slept great! Would highly recommend for friends and family trips, and we look forward to staying again. Thanks for a great place!

Spevacek Family Beach Vacation

The property was spotless and very well stocked with All needed items, beds were very comfortable and the 2 car garage was huge for storing our SUV's. The location to the beach and shopping was a short 2-3 block area. We would and will absolutely stay her again. Amazing home in a great location

We stayed for four nights at the home. The property mgt company were excellent and very responsive. The home is located in a great area - lots of shops and bars. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach with easy access to other venues. The home was great and very clean. We loved having our own bathrooms!! It had everything we needed

As many vrbos, u don’t really know till u get there. But this place was perfectly located 4 our vacay. Quiet. Clean. Local scene is great!

Great property. Would rent here again.

Our family of six stayed at this wonderful property for 8 days. The house had everything we needed. It was as pictured. We were all very comfortable. Loved the washer and dryer! The location is perfect for shopping, dining out, groceries, and short drives to lots of fun outings. They clearly use a professional cleaning service and we could find no fault in the cleanliness of the property. The garage is large so we had no problem parking our Ford Expadition
