A raised 2 bedroom double glazed sea view luxury apartment with its own private veranda overlooking Carvoeiro Bay, Beach & Village in the Algarve. The air conditioned (add charge) and double glazed apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, Satellite TV & DVD & 150mbps WIFI service. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a sea view. A regular maid service is included in the rental (not weekends). The guest bedroom has a shower room and overlooks 2 pools (one dedicated children pool) with a large sunbathing patio area. The apartment has a large lounge/dining room which opens onto a private veranda with a superb sea view overlooking Carvoeiro Bay, Beach & Village. The small fishing village of Carvoeiro has slowly but not too quickly evolved into the 21st century with many restaurants and bars. The village has its own small beach set below an opulent village square with many more beaches in close vicinity. A reliable taxi service is available in the village. The apartment is perfect for summer holidays and winter breaks.(There is a small charge for electricity during the winter months).
