We have been working with our English-speaking property manager Natalia for a long time. Upon request she will be your personal concierge offering all kinds of services through her company actio that you would like to experience during your vacation.
From airport transportation, rental cars brought directly to the villa, rental bikes, guided tours in Florence and Siena, to all kinds of activities and excursions. Whether it is a truffle hunt or hot air balloon trip, you name it and she will try to make it happen.

- city tax of 2,- € per person per night, applicable for a maximum of 7 night to be paid upon arrival in cash (kids under age of 14 are free)
- cost for pool heating 200,- Euro/week, request at least 1 week before arrival


CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our no refund policy does not apply to travel restrictions imposed by the Italian government in regards to COVID - 19.
In case of travel restrictions by the Italian government, we either give our guests the option to reschedule the booking to a future date or we refund the payments already made except the service fee to VRBO.
