The Perfect Getaway

This was such a wonderful and picturesque place to stay with our family ranging in ages from 7 to 87. The host was very easy to get a hold of and everything was wonderful. The kids loved the pool and the villa was perfect.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed with our extended family at the villa for four days and we wished we had more time! The setting in the olive trees and grape vines is truly lovely. We swam in the pool every afternoon. Everything was excellent: the lodging, the local restaurants and wineries, the proximity to Florence, everything. The only thing we did not realize was the amount of mosquitoes in Tuscany, so, if you come in summer, bring spray!

Beautiful Tuscan Villa!

Villa Casavecchia is a beautiful and well maintained villa in a location with a splendid view. The interior of the home is comfortable and full of interesting art and antique furniture. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and very helpful with any requests. We celebrated the after party of my wedding here and had an absolute blast. The hosts put us in touch with some local party planners and they managed much of the logistical prep between them. Despite being a historic house, it’s well equipped with nice fridges, ice makers, good plumbing etc. Very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well maintained considering the age of the property. It’s a stunning estate and makes for a perfect family get away or party location. It’s close to San Casciano in Val Di Pesa and there are nice walks nearby. I can’t recommend it enough!
