¡Dos amplios apartamentos a solo minutos de todo! ¡Colores brillantes, perfectos para familias numerosas, grupos de amigos y escapadas a Portland!

Se trata de apartamentos recientemente renovados de 2 unidades. Tiene todo lo que necesitas; cuatro habitaciones, dos cocinas grandes con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimera de carnicero nueva y dos baños completos.

Stay in Portland

This was a great rental for our family of 7. More than enough room for us all. Also really liked staying in the Back Cove neighborhood. Nice quiet residential area with lots of thing nearby. Only a short drive to downtown as well.

Great for a Group Stay

Having both apartments that were connected by 2 stairwells was perfect for our group that was in town for the Portland Marathon. We could walk to a few places for dinner/drinks and were just a quick Uber to downtown Portland. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Our family was in town for a wedding. The apartment provided the perfect place for our group (two couples and 4 singles to be together. The first floor was accessible for Grama. Both units were very clean and the location was excellent! The kitchens were well equippedand water pressure in both showers was good. We enjoyed hanging out on both the main floor and top floor decks. A short walk for a view of the water, an ice cream place at the end of the block and a very safe neighborhood with tree lined streets. We appreciated that we were able to check in early. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends trip to portland

We came here for a ladies trip. Location was great - highly recommend a rental car to get around though. Space was plenty big for 8 ladies. Host was responsive and even left us some fun surprises!

This property has it all. The host pays close attention to detail. The property truly is a home away from home. It is decorated beautifully and is just a 10 minute drive from downtown. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

Good for the whole family

Two connecting apartments (upstairs/downstairs) that gave 4 related families the space to spread out yet hang out together. It suited us perfectly for our trip to Portland. The listing is as described and communication with the owner was excellent. There is a playground across the street the 4 young kids made great use of and an ice cream shop a short walk away.

Family Wedding

This property was perfect for our entire family to stay in for our wedding. It was beautifully decorated and spacious. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were dumpsters right there in backyard for the trash and recycling. Loved the outdoor seating as well. Nice location near the cove for a walk too. Easy to Uber to the shops and restaurants. Perfect weekend for our family.

Fantastic space!

This is a great house! Lovely space for a small group. The two apartments are on top of each other and have AC, kitchens, and large fridges. We had plenty of parking and the house was located close to everything we wanted. We were able to either walk or take a quick drive around Portland. Sokreth was a great host and responded to messages very fast, even at night. Would stay again!

We thought the apartments were great for our short girls weekend. Sokreth was prompt with correspondences and accommodating with checking in earlier. Would stay here again and recommend this location!

Pink Ladies Bachelorette Weekend

We had an amazing stay at this property with 12 girls for a bachelorette weekend! The two apartments were equipped with everything we needed and it was so spacious and clean. It is super close to downtown Portland, so our Ubers were so cheap. The deck was a nice spot to unwind and relax when were back from downtown. All of us were raving about the property and would recommend it to anybody and everybody! Also a huge help that the host was VERY quick to respond to calls and text. THANK YOU!

Great neighborhood, convenient place to stay in Portland

I stayed here with 7 others for a bachelor party and it served its purpose extremely well. Downtown is a short ride away and easy access to the highway and Washington Ave made it easy to commute to other places. The apartments were extremely well kept with plenty of AC during a hot July weekend. There is some lawn space that we utilized for outdoor activities. Neighbors were all very friendly and for being so close to Forest Avenue it was very quiet. The host contacted me with the appropriate directions for the units beforehand and there are sheets in the units to help with checkout and Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re not dead set on being right downtown.

We had a great stay for a girls’ trip — with a group of 12 we maximized the sleeping spaces, but had ample room with 2 kitchens, and beautiful outdoor spaces! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

We were extremely happy with our decision to book this property. It was clean, spacious, and a great location for our needs. Our family needed a shared living space as we brought our in laws along for the weekend to babysit our infant while we were attending a wedding. This was the perfect solution. Sokreth was organized, prompt and helpful and we would definitely recommend utilizing his property as a rental option for anyone coming to the Portland area!

Great trip to Maine

Our experience at Sokreth’s property was nothing short of amazing. He was an incredible host who was always available whenever I had a question or needed anything. It was beautiful and clean property with sleeping arrangements for our big party. If I ever head back up to Maine I would 100% book here again. I highly recommend this listing to everyone.
