This perfect Maine get away sits in a quiet residential neighborhood, but is located just a few miles from the waterfront, downtown, the historic Old Port and many Maine coastal beaches. It is also just a short walking distance to one of Portland's great Italian restaurants and bars, and within a short drive from Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, numerous fast food places and much more.

This freshly renovated 3 bed 1.5 bath single family home (approx. 1600 sq. ft.) has everything you need. It is extremely clean, spacious and is conveniently located to everything you need. The entire house is yours and includes:

* Fully loaded kitchen with granite counters and tiled floors. It's like being at home.

* Oversized leather couch with multiple reclining seats and matching leather recliner.

* 60" tv in the living room with access to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, or your favorite APP (with guests log in). Cable is provided for free via Spectrum streaming.

* Brand new dining table that comfortably seats 8 along with board games, puzzles and cards.

* Master bedroom includes a Tempur-Pedic King bed that has head and feet adjustable components and a 55" smart tv.

* Second bedroom includes King size, memory foam bed with 43" smart tv.

* The third bedroom includes a Queen size memory foam bed and a Twin size memory bed, along with a 43" smart tv.

* Free wireless internet.

*A Pack and Play is available for guest use.

We had 5 adults in our party.The accommodations were comfortable and very clean with plenty of space inside and out to relax. The host was available to communicate by email with quick response times. It was about a 10 to 15 minute drive to the downtown Portland area. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. Thank you.

Really enjoyed this property but would suggest new pillows. The 3rd bedroom queen bed was a bit uncomfortable. However I would stay here again.

The host was very gracious and excellent at communicating every part of the way. The house is lovely in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to downtown and lots of trails. I really enjoyed spending time out on the back deck looking at the birds and squirrels and trees. In addition, the house is well stocked and clean. Finally, the beds are so comfortable that I slept very well. I’d love to come back.

Very well taken care of home :)

My family and I, which included 4 adults and 3 children, had a wonderful stay in Joe's home. We had a little trouble understanding the AC & thermostat situation (my 5-year-old likes to touch things and that included the Nest and vents on the window units), but a little googling helped me fix that. Somebody also touched the red switch going down to the basement and we couldn't figure out whether it was supposed to be on or off! Again, google to the rescue. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I appreciated the cleanliness and small details. We played a lot of UNO so I was grateful to find those cards in the dining room! The neighborhood was very quiet which was a plus. I would also like to add that a certain political party showed up asking for Joe, so I appreciate him being affiliated with them ;). Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and absolutely recommend this home!

Guys trip away

House was fantastic! Great space within the house and outdoor seating. We were all able to sit comfortably in each room together and not feel crammed. The house was very clean and put together. Would 1000% recommend. Great location to get to downtown, golf, and breweries.
