The BEST location on the strip in downtown Gatlinburg. No where else can you find a condo like this so close on the parkway. Views of the attractions, mountains, and the strip can be yours.

Park your car and walk to all the local attractions; no need to find and pay for parking.

Take in shopping, moonshine tastings, or take the tram to the ski lodge. Convenient location in walking distance to the convention center and lots more!

Our home is 500 sq feet with a large bedroom (no door), and kitchen/living room. For the location and price this condo cannot be beat. We are 1 of 2 1 bedrooms in this complex. No need to pay the higher price of the 2 bedroom if you’re coming with a smaller family.

What is provided:

We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

Daily maid service is not provided.

Great Condo

Very well kept condo in the heart of Gatlinburg. Very easy to walk to the strip. The building is clean and quite. Parking is easy. Prefect for a weekend getaway.

Good location / needs a new cleaning service.

Booking process was a bit much with the signing process.An ok stay. Lacation was fair. Check in was simple.Rental unit was not prepared well. Still had wrinkles when folding bed spread back. Chips on floor beneath head board.

Cozy Condo in Gatlinburg

Nice, cozy, clean condo in great location! Short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Just the right size for two people. We really enjoyed our time here!

Great location. Absolutely loved the condo. That bathtub I wish I could have packed up and taken home with me. Check-in and check-out was super simple. Hope to stay here again next year. The rocking chairs on the balcony were also a nice feature.

Excellent location

Great location. Everything within a short walk. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only real complaint is that the ice maker is not working. This may seem a minor issue, but it’s a significant inconvenience.

Not clean!

Location is A+ and check in was super easy. Alicia was very responsive when asked about the shower not working. Fully resolved. However, the vents are coated in dust. The baseboards are dirty. The headboard was so dirty that I had to clean it before getting in the bed the King sized mattress sas and needs to be replaced. Dust balls cling to the walls and the dry wall in shower is pealing. Balcony is great with late afternoon sun.

Gatlinburg trip

We had very nice stay and found out on 2 day there was an elevator next to the pool that would take us down to ground level instead of walking up and down that steep hill to the main strip.

Great location and great set up for couples

This property was perfect for oir 1 week stay. The rooms are clean, very nice setup. Alicia responded promply to my text messages. Great location, great views, and a great host. Thank you again Alicia for offering such a wonderful place to stay.

Annual Gatlinburg Visit

My husband and I had the best time this year in Gatlinburg largely in part thanks to this property. It was literally walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do here, which saved us time and aggravation of trying to negotiate with traffic and having to pay to park. This year we visited the SkyPark, Anakesta, Ober mountain, Ole Smokey Holler for a tasting (which was so fun and interactive), and shopped at the dozens and dozens of shops all along Parkway. The unit itself was exactly as pictured and described. It was clean, welcoming, nicely decorated and was more than enough room for the two of us with all the comforts of home. We made ourselves breakfast and lunch everyday in the full size kitchen which was equip with everything we needed. We walked to various places for dinner, all of which were delicious with generous portions and offered their own unique vibe (Melting Pot, Smith and Son, Best Italian). We also checked out the pancake place right at the bottom of the hill the morning we left and it did not disappoint. When we visited Pigeon Forge to check out Dollywood and even took in a movie, the drive was maybe 20 minutes from the property. We learned that taking the Bypass cut our drive time and traffic tremendously which was a pretty awesome discovery after spending a long day at the water park. Overall we would definitely recommend. Alicia was wonderful to work with, very responsive and clear with check in/out instructions.

Amazing time

The property is as advertised. Great location perfect for a couple. Close to strip. Black bear visit in the parking lot on our last day. Wouldn’t be the Smoky mountains area without that! Host had all the hospitality waiting when we arrived. Communication was excellent. Will return to this spot if still available in future.

Great stay!

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights for dance nationals! Super clean, felt safe in the area! The hill to get down was hard to come up after a long day but that’s not the owners fault!! Temp has to be kept at 74 degrees but it felt amazing in the condo and the fan works great!! Thanks so much!!

Lovation

The location is right on the Parkway, however, everything you want to do and see is at the opposite end of the Parkway. This is more like a studio/efficiency unit, rather than a true 1 bedroom. It is tiny but cute. The location is really old and sort of run down. There was mold and peeling paint around the shower. In 24 hours we suffered through FOUR fire alarms. The first was at 5 AM and the we had 3 more alarms the next evening. We travel to Gatlinburg each year. We will not stay at this location again. It was not for us.

Excellent choice

I am very happy with my stay at this property. The accommodations were wonderful/ clean and the location was prefect. I liked that the unit was situated on a medium size hill which provided a very good view of downtown. When I visit Gatlinburg in the future, I hope I am able to stay here again.

Great location near everything

We had a great time in this condo! Awesome location, we parked the car the day we got there and didn’t get back in it until the day we left. Sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning was very relaxing too! Would definitely stay here again!
