Denna fastighet Àr en 3BR, 2. 5BA direkt Indian Shores Beachfront Home. Det har direkt tillgÄng till Mexikanska golfen och surfa. Du gÄr ut frÄn bottenvÄningen uteplatsen pÄ den korta strandvÀgen som vindar genom dynen. Högvatten eller lÄgt strand erbjuder nÄgra av de finaste sockersanden i landet.

Det Àr en vackert inredd tre vÄningar enhet med tvÄ bil garage pÄ bottenvÄningen, huvudsakliga vardagsrum tillsammans med en halv bad pÄ första vÄningen och de tre sovrummen (alla med takfönster) och tvÄ fulla bad pÄ andra vÄningen. Vattenutsikten frÄn alla fönster sÀger allt.

SolnedgÄngar, lokalt kallade The Show, kommer sÀkerligen att avnjutas fullt ut frÄn det rymliga dÀck, balkongen frÄn master-sviten eller uteplatsen. VÄrt preferens Àr att titta pÄ The Show med tÄrna i sanden.

Rekreations- och avkopplingsaktiviteter begrÀnsas endast av fantasin. Sitter pÄ en strandstol eller promenerar vattnet och söker skatter till ljudet av surfen Àr ett bra sÀtt att koppla av. Vattning och simning Àr lÀtt och uppfriskande i det varma vattnet i viken. Om du Àr under 65 behöver du en licens för att surfa fisk med det medföljande redskapet. Vi ligger pÄ en lugn strÀcka av Gulf Blvd inom en kort promenad till Caddy's Restaurant, glassaffÀrer och andra lokala affÀrer. Hyrbutiken bredvid Caddy hyr cyklar, bÄtar och andra föremÄl. Slyce och Original Pizza kommer att leverera till huset. MÄnga andra restauranger Àr en kort bilresa upp eller ner pÄ stranden. Vi har haft mÄnga trevliga mÄltider pÄ Salt Rock.

Vi Àr 40 minuter frÄn Tampa International Airport, och bara 30 minuter St Petersburg / Clearwater Airport. Disney World & Universal Studios Àr en och en halv timme bort. Busch Gardens Àr mindre Àn en timme bort! Du kan se Vinter delfinen pÄ Clearwater Aquarium bara 30 minuter uppe pÄ stranden. Tampa-omrÄdet erbjuder mÄnga fina attraktioner för sina besökare.

Absolutely the most perfect vrbo we have found in our decade of using VRBO. House was perfect, location even more perfect. Full amenities meant we had plenty of beach toys and chairs and things to do. Everything was spotless clean. I don’t think Mr Clean could have had it any better. Views were spectacular with direct access to the beach. Even a little private beach yard for the younger kids to play. Owner very responsive and even had someone local come and turn on the lights for us since we were a very late arrival. I can’t fathom a single thing to improve upon, would give ten stars if I could. We are already planning to come back in a few months!

Spring Paradise

We travel to Indian Shores every spring and have stayed at Scott and Mary's lovely home for the past 4 years. We just adore this location and I can't emphasize enough how beautiful, comfortable and well cared for their home is. I look forward all year long to drinking my coffee on the balcony, watching the dolphins bob along the shore and spending lazy days in the sun and turquoise water watching my kids play. So grateful for this house!

Great place to relax!

Ours was a group of 5 adults having our first family vacation in years, and we're glad we stayed here. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the owner has provided lots of extras to try to make sure we had everything we needed. Sunset views were spectacular! If we're back in the are we will definitely look into staying here again!

Perfect location RIGHT on the beach!

This home is well-equipped and couldn't be in a better location for traveling with young kids. They were able to play on the beach right outside the back door. Everything we needed was in the kitchen for a full Thanksgiving dinner. Perfect week on the beach! Property owner was easy to reach and brought over a few minor requests almost immediately! A+++ property.

Great beachfront in Indian Shores FL

The property is right on the beach with spectacular views of the gulf. The house is comfortable and is located nicely along Gulf Blvd with less traffic than other areas. You feel at home here!

Beautiful oceanfront home

The property was perfect! Just steps to the beach and the most gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The kitchen was large and fully stocked. A nice spot away from the busy traffic of Clearwater but close to several restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Amazing views !

Incredible views of the ocean and sunset. quick easy access to the beach. Place was super clean and owners were great to work with. Just could use some updating and new beach towels and chairs. Loved the deck too.

Magical beach getaway

My husband and I stay on Indian Shores every spring with our 4 kids and this is our favorite house to stay in. We get to watch the dolphins swim along the shoreline in the mornings from our balcony while we drink our coffee; the whole house is comfortable and impeccably clean; the beach is just steps away... really, you can't ask for a better experience on the beach. We already are looking forward to next year!

Beautiful beachfront/close neighbors

The house was absolutely perfect, very clean, had everything we needed. Had soap, shampoo, etc. Very nice pots and pans. Of course the best part was being right on the beach! The owners are the sweetest people...we forgot when our checkout time was and they showed up to clean and we weren't packed up yet!! They were so kind! The only down side to this place are the close neighbors. We're from the country and use to lots of space so we probably minded it more than most people would. close neighbors. There is

Family Friendly Unit with Unbeatable Location

My family had an amazing getaway in this property. The owner graciously provided everything needed for fun family beach days - towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys. The unit was clean and family friendly, with a pack n play, baby gate, and high chair in the closet. The best part is how close to the beach it is and the sunset views off the deck. We’ll definitely be back!

Dream vacation

We stayed in this lovely home with our four kids, ages 5 months to 7 years and it was an absolute dream. The quietest, most beautiful beach with crystal clear water was just steps away, everything in the home was clean and thoughtfully chosen. I woke up early every morning and drank my coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins swim by- I just can’t wait to go back!

We purchased this home as our retirement nest. After decades of shoveling Colorado snow we have decided to retire to the beach. We happily share our wonderful home with our guests.
