We enjoyed everything about our stay from the beautiful view to the amenities in both the resort and unit, as well as quick and thorough communication from our host, Karla. We walked to a different restaurant every night for dinner so location in IRB was ideal. Would recommend a stay here!

Great place to stay!

Such a cute place to stay right on the beach! We loved having access to beach chairs and other beach items included in the stay. Karla was excellent to book with and would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a very comfortable condo with a great location. Our stay was somewhat marred by construction noise, which made using the outside deck impossible during the day. The host had little sympathy, stating there was nothing she could do, which I suppose is true, but we were not able to enjoy the whole condo. We had a good stay, but just so you know, this is the host's home part time, so there were family pictures and personal items around. There were things in the bathroom drawers, dressers tied with string to keep you from opening them because I assume they were full of the host's clothes. The kitchen comes complete with junk drawer, lots of different spoons and a variety of mismatched mugs. It was fine, just know it's less like an VBRO and more like staying at your aunt's condo.

Thanks for your 5-star rating and review, Sue. As we discussed, the construction noise was at another property a block down and we have absolutely no control over it. While our building is fully recovered from the back-to-back hurricanes of 2024, many others were not so lucky. I spoke to several other owners in the building during your stay and none had received noise complaints from their guests. I’m sorry you felt the noise was too loud for you to enjoy our beautiful balcony. I’m not sure how much you visited the pool and the beach during your stay where noise would have been perhaps less noticeable. We do pride ourselves on providing more kitchen equipment, plates, cups and silverware, more than just enough for one meal. Guests usually comment positively about this. We have ONE dresser with personal items closed to guests - 6 other bedroom drawers are empty and available for use-Plenty of room for a week’s stay. All closets are empty and available for guest use. Bathroom drawers hold a hand mirror, hair dryer and first aid kit are for guest use. The condo is sparkling clean and guests seem to love the extra items provided in case they want to cook in and appreciate the toys and games for their family. The condo is more like a friend’s home than a hotel, which we find people appreciate. We love sharing our home with others and being in touch with our guests. I’m sorry if this impacted your visit. Most guests love the place.

Nice pool and great beach access. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas available. Comfortable living room with large balcony and stocked kitchen for cooking. Walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream shops. Short, easy drive to both airports.

Indian Rocks Stay

Great location with a beautiful beach! Loved the pickle ball courts and pool access. We were able to walk to restaurants, ice cream and coffee places nearby! The condo was so comfortable especially the beds. The towels were big, white and very soft! Totally enjoyed staying here for a week!

Great location, Beautiful property

My family had a great stay at this property. The unit is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. The pool, beach and pickleball courts are within a few steps. Indian Rocks Beach Family Vacation

This property was beyond expectations. Plenty of room for our family of 5, and nicely decorated. All modern appliances, and plenty of beach toys for our use. The owner made check in extremely easy and reached out to ensure there were no issues during our stay. I highly recommend this property and will look to stay here again.

Awesome beach fun!

Our condo is very accommodating and well equipped. The owners of covered all the bases with plenty of amenities and extras to help you enjoy your vacation. The accommodations were comfortable, up-to-date, and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this property.

Our daughters suffer from allergies and we took the extra step of removing all carpeting and installing tile or wood-look flooring for a modern and allergy-free environment. All bedding is covered with allergy-prevention encasings as well as pillows to make your stay more comfortable. While our daughters are grown now, we love sharing our condo with other families and friends.

Reef Club is a first-class building - PICKLEBALL and tennis courts, new hot tub and pool, new in 2023 conversation and lawn game area with astro-turf, comfortable seating and lawn games. If you are a wild partier, this is not the building for you! Our gurests are mostly families and friend groups. If you want a wonderful environment for a couples or girlfriend getaway or your family, this is it. Close to many excellent restaurants, ice cream shop, bakery, and groceries, it offers everything you need for a fabulous time. Almost anything you could want is within a 1 to 2 hour drive, from Dinosaur World, to Disney and Sea World, to world-class museums and shopping.
