This property was professionally remodeled and renovated spending $120,000 in Oct 2024! New pictures are now posted. Gorgeous! Be one of the first to enjoy the new furniture, new beds, new appliances, new carpet, new paint, new vanities, new art! Privately owned 2 bdrm/2 bath sleeps 8 luxury residential suite located inside this Conde Nast 4-diamond name brand Riverfront Resort & Spa. (I am not allowed to use the brand name of the Resort and Spa I in my advertising.) Enjoy skiing Beaver Creek using the Gondola with ski valet that comes right to your door!

This platinum rated suite is on the 4th floor and has a 2 private balconies both with 2 chairs/end table.

All condos/suites/rooms in this resort are individually owned. I have chosen to take this suite out of the hotel rental pool and use VRBO, saving the 60% resort management fee and pass on the savings to you!

ADDITIONAL FEES: All 4/5 star name brand resorts like this Brand Name Resort & Spa/Hyatt/Ritz have the following additional charges paid directly to resort at check out: $75.00/stay booking fee (one time only), 45.00/night parking fee and $100.00/night/condo resort fee gives you access to the following: (note: Westin will not allow us to collect their fees and are subject to change)

Second time staying at this property. Location is excellent. Ski valet and gondola make it very easy to get to the mountain. Live music and hot chocolate in the lobby are fun after skiing. The view was breath taking. The service was amazing. The beds were the most comfortable, I slept like a baby and I have a bad back so I always struggle but not this time. Every room, including the kitchen and the bathrooms was impeccable. But best of all, the host/representative, Reed, was extremely helpful and responsive, I can't say enough about him.

Perfect spot for a family ski weekend over MLK

Beautiful condo- had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, ample dishes and cookware, etc. ski valet was amazing- heated boots waiting fresh each morning! We used both the shuttle bus and the on-site gondola; the shuttle is quicker to get to ski lessons for kids and the gondola going to the condo was absolutely amazing. There’s a Starbucks on site, and the Stoke and Rye restaurant on site was outstanding. Chefs kiss to the whole experience!!!

This condo and the entire hotel was renovated and remodeled in Aug 2024. Owner spent 125,000 to professionally renovate. The new carpet, new paint, new bed, new appliances, new furniture are great!
