Cozy and quaint home located steps from the beautiful Kennebecasis river in the Millidgeville region of Saint John, only 15 minutes from downtown. Our home has 3 bedrooms, and sleeps 6 comfortably. Complete with full kitchen and furnished indoor and outdoor living space.Close to local hiking trails and perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. During winter months month long stays preferred with 20 percent discount on monthly rentals available.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

Great Setting. Quaint quiet place to stay.

Just steps from the shoreline. It's a small house that has a cabin feel. All kitchen needs are supplied. Super quiet, scenic and friendly neighbourhood. Rosanne and Mike are great hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Pretty, comfortable and convenient

This waterfront property was very comfortable, in a quiet and beautiful location, conveniently located for visits in the Saint John area. We would certainly stay again. Only caution is for older visitors, the access to the upper bedroom could be challenging if you have any mobility restrictions. Hosts were great.

Awesome view

The view of the river was really impressive. Enjoyed the bonfire on the beach and loved seeing deers right in the yard. Rosanne was a great host and we would for sure come back if we’re in the area again

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at this home last week. Great home base for our Saint John travels. The accommodations were very comfortable with everything we needed. The sunsets at night were amazing over the water. Wish we would have brought our fishing gear. We will definitely be booking again if we travel back to the area. Thanks Rosanne for sharing your home!

Best Vacation rental in Saint John

Wanted to leave a review of Waterfront cottage on Kennebecasis river that my family and I (5 members, 3 from LA and 2 from Halifax) recently stayed at. Perfect place with an incredible view. All the amenities and then some. Rosanne and Mike are the perfect hosts and were just down the street so we always new we had someone to call. We had nightly bonfires on the beach after grilling outdoors. Close to shopping and the zoo and golf course. Hope to be back next year!!!

Fabulous Saint John Getaway

This little cottage was just wonderful! Beautiful views of the Kennebacasis river, its own beach with great swimming and drop dead gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The cottage is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need and a fantastic front deck with really nice furniture overlooking the water. Rosanne and Mike, the owners are friendly and accommodating. We had an amazing stay.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful spot on the Kennebecasis river for all seasons. Swimming in the summer and skiing and skating in the winter to list a few of the activities this property offers . It has a relaxing cottage feel yet within 5 km of all amenities. Relaxing and quiet neighbourhood!
