Very comfortable accommodation, convenient location for activities in the Saint John area. Hosts were available when we had a mix up with entry(our mix-up). Well appointed kitchen and household extras although we were only there primarily for the accommodation. Would also be a great family holiday location.

Beautiful cottage steps from the water. We saw deer in a neighbor's yard on our way back from dinner. Steps from the water. Enjoyed smore's on the firepit.

This very quiet spot on the lake was so peaceful and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is very comfortable and the living room space, too. Everything we needed was here and they even left us a little halloween candy! We were late arriving and early leaving so we didn't get to spend any time sitting by the lake, which we really wish we had, but nature called us to the caves and the Fundy Trail and everywhere else so we had to go. But it sure was nice to come back here at night. Thank you for a great stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our boys loved the private beach. Beds were comfortable and the home had everything you could need. It was close to Saint John but far enough away that you didn't feel like you were in a city. Roseanne and Mike were excellent hosts! We would definitely love to stay again if we are ever back in NB.

Perfect location. Short drive to Saint John. Beds are extremely comfortable. Right on the river. Gorgeous view. Extremely well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Excellent communication with host. Super clean. Would 100% recommend.

Great Setting. Quaint quiet place to stay.

Just steps from the shoreline. It's a small house that has a cabin feel. All kitchen needs are supplied. Super quiet, scenic and friendly neighbourhood. Rosanne and Mike are great hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Pretty, comfortable and convenient

This waterfront property was very comfortable, in a quiet and beautiful location, conveniently located for visits in the Saint John area. We would certainly stay again. Only caution is for older visitors, the access to the upper bedroom could be challenging if you have any mobility restrictions. Hosts were great.

Awesome view

The view of the river was really impressive. Enjoyed the bonfire on the beach and loved seeing deers right in the yard. Rosanne was a great host and we would for sure come back if we’re in the area again

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay at this home last week. Great home base for our Saint John travels. The accommodations were very comfortable with everything we needed. The sunsets at night were amazing over the water. Wish we would have brought our fishing gear. We will definitely be booking again if we travel back to the area. Thanks Rosanne for sharing your home!

Best Vacation rental in Saint John

Wanted to leave a review of Waterfront cottage on Kennebecasis river that my family and I (5 members, 3 from LA and 2 from Halifax) recently stayed at. Perfect place with an incredible view. All the amenities and then some. Rosanne and Mike are the perfect hosts and were just down the street so we always new we had someone to call. We had nightly bonfires on the beach after grilling outdoors. Close to shopping and the zoo and golf course. Hope to be back next year!!!

Fabulous Saint John Getaway

This little cottage was just wonderful! Beautiful views of the Kennebacasis river, its own beach with great swimming and drop dead gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The cottage is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need and a fantastic front deck with really nice furniture overlooking the water. Rosanne and Mike, the owners are friendly and accommodating. We had an amazing stay.
