Family trip

Our family had a great stay here at this beautiful home! It was spacious and very accommodating! We enjoyed the pool, the pond and fishing, the smoker and grill and even the chickens! This was one of theNicest Vrbo houses that I’ve stayed in!! Thank you for making our stay so nice!!

Lovely peaceful and secluded property

The house and property were very nice. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend and spent most of our time in/around the pool.

Wonderful getaway!!

We had a wonderful time at the property! The pool was wonderful and there was plenty of room to spread out and lots to do. The only complaint was the mattresses in the front bedrooms could be better, but we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

Beautiful scenery

The house and view were perfect for my son and his groomsmen on his wedding weekend. We loved the pond and the house is spacious and has tons of extras. I would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect family get-away

We took the kids for a weekend get-away before school started and it was the perfect spot. The house is beautiful, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The kids loved the zip line, swinging, swimming and playing the games that were available. The pond was clean and easy to get to from the dock. Bells was a short drive away and had some great places to eat. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely be back!

Very impressed

Impressive property, house was very clean and the beds were more than comfortable. My customers were very pleased with the house and the amenities that it offered. Just wish it was a lil warmer and so we couldve enjoyed the pool!! Highly recommend this to anyone that would like a quiet and comfortable get away

Perfect Local Getaway

This was a perfect property to escape the suburban / city life for us. It was quiet, secluded and perfect for our "Framily" get together. Plenty to do for kids and adults alike and we were blessed with great weather so spent most of the day and night outside. Both the guest house and the main house were spacious and provided enough space for everyone. My daughter loved the bull frogs, riding the zipline, swimming, hunting for small frogs and gathering eggs from the chickens each morning. The property itself was so peaceful and pretty and the drive in set the tone for the stay. We would love to go back to this property again!

Texas Beauty

My wife and I stayed here for the second year. We have a family gathering and big BBQ picnic. The house is first class all the way. It was clean, clean, clean. I could guess that it had a fresh interior paint because it was spotless. All the appliances and furniture are top quality. The grounds has a pool, zip line and fishing pond for all to enjoy. I caught about 40 bass during our stay this July. Its catch and release of course and the kids had a blast catching numerous bream off of the dock. This is a wonderful property and will be one of our favorites for a long time.

What a spread

Amazing property that you need to see in order to fully appreciate. Drive up to the house around the pond and through the grounds is breathtaking. Once you get to the house, you’ll find a beautifully designed home. If that wasn’t enough for you, wait till you see the backyard. Beautiful outdoor patio with chairs and tables for company, a beautiful pool with a water fall and nearby fire pit. Plenty of yard space for activities. And for fun, there are some young cows fenced in at the back of the yard that you can check out. The only thing that could keep us inside was the weather. Otherwise we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor amenities. Highly recommended for a stay/visit.

A Secluded Country Haven

Family-friendly country getaway only 15-minutes from Sherman. This place has it all: activities for kids, a fishing pond (currently under reconstruction), plenty of wide-open space to run around and play games, a basketball court, a zip-line, an in-ground swimming pool, a chicken coop in the back of the property to look at real live hens. My kids could not get enough of the zip-line and basketball. The house is immaculate! Not one crumb or crawling critter in sight. Bedrooms include a master with king bed and enclosed bathroom which has a separate shower and soaking tub. Sheets on the bed were very comfortable, not scratchy as you might find in some hotels. Two queen bedrooms in the front of the house share a bathroom with a tub/shower. The back corner of the house leads to a loft above the garage. The loft has a twin over full bunkbed and seating area. There is a bathroom with shower immediately below the loft. The large kitchen has a good-sized breakfast nook and the dining room has a large table with chairs for dining or gaming. The family room has a large sofa, love seat and chair for relaxing in front of the Smart TV which is setup for streaming your favorite services. Wi-Fi is provided by StarLink which has decent downlink speed. For food, we opted to go to the nearby Finish Line Pizza which was pretty good. There were other options nearby as well. Of course, you could always drive into Sherman for more variety. Looking forward to a return trip!

Perfect Family Getaway!

So easy to click 5 stars on this listing. Beautiful drive in - lovely pond equipped with boat and fishing equipment. Our girls LOVED the zip line and gathering eggs from the chicken coop. The kitchen was exactly what we needed for a large Thanksgiving meal and gathering. We were SO RELIEVED to find a roasting pan, because we forgot to bring ours! Clean, soaring ceilings, plenty of seating, plenty of lighting options. Staying here may very well become an annual event!

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful huge mowed property thats alwats green thanks to an in ground sprinkler system. Beautiful pond, gorgeous in ground pool, tons of things to do and every game you can imagine supplied. Even tackle and fishing poles for fishing for huge bass in the pond. The house is very clean and organized and large. Great kitchen, sound system throughout the house, comfortable beds. Good luck finding a nicer property to rent within a hundred miles. Thanks Sarah!

Family Weekend

The place was beautiful and big enough for our family to meet up for a weekend. Everything was clean, well stocked, and so many activities to keep the kids busy. Plenty of pool toys and towels. Kitchen was great for cooking and stocked well with pots, pans, crockpot, coffee maker, oven pans, etc. We have family that live in Bells, so this will def became our go-to place when we all want to meet up.

Amazing house

We came for 4 nights and enjoyed every second of it. The house is beautiful, incredibly clean and well organized. Everything you need is provided. Our kids had a blast swimming, visiting the chickens and riding on the zip line. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Fun in the sun

As wonderful as the inside of the home is we spent quite a bit of time outside lounging at the pool, playing basketball, zip lining and visiting the chickens and cows. Everything you need is provided, more pool towels they you can use. We bought bug spray but it wasn’t needed, not a single mosquito seen. We also enjoyed the indoor outdoor music options, not sure what else to say about this home but top marks from 5 adults and 4 kids that stayed and all had plenty of room.

Peaceful Retreat

This property was very nice and peaceful and offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out. I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the front porch while watching my husband fish off the dock on the large private pond. He caught several bass but they were all small. We’re guessing the pond was recently restocked? Regardless, my husband had fun fishing. There is a small zip line by the house that we adults enjoyed playing on. There is a chicken coup on the property where we were allowed to gather some fresh eggs. The master bath was stocked with plenty of towels specifically for the pool. All of the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware and games. The refrigerator and the sink provided filtered water. The pool area and back porch had plenty of seating and pool toys. Also, on the back porch are a gas grill and a gas griddle in addition to a huge smoker in the back yard. The beds were not the best but after a long day in the sun and pool, the beds slept well enough. One very pleasant surprise…there were little to no mosquitoes! After all the rain in Texas, the heat of summer upon us, the large pond and many trees on the property, we fully expected the mosquitoes to be ridiculous. We only saw a few mosquitoes and, out of our group of five, none of us got bitten. We never had to use mosquito spray. Just amazing. Overall, this property was great and I would definitely go back.

Fleming is the place to relax!!!

Amazing!!! This property was everything it says in listing. We had a girls weekend and didn’t want to leave. From the pool, zip-lining, fishing, and the ATV on the property was not disappointed. If you want to get out of the city, this is a diamond in the country. Thank you, Sarah for being a great host. GM
