You are close to Sherman High School, TI factories, future HEB and future Entertainment Park. This is where you want to be. Nice alternative for traveling executives of new chip factories. All new construction. All new furniture. Everything, but I mean everything is included. Bring the family and a toothbrush.

The house was decorated nicely, clean , nice bedrooms, comfortable bed and linens. It was perfect for our 2 night stay for a family visit. We had a little trouble with the lock on the front door . Maybe battery low. We will stay here the next visit to Sherman . Need a wine bottle opener.

It was a perfect location for our Spring Break trip. The house was beautiful, plenty of room and everything is brand new and convenient to the location. Felt comfortable and at home.Only thing, when we arrived, the beds were not made, towels on the floor and dishes were still dirty in the dishwasher. The host immediately responded and made it right. Andre was a great person to host this property and very understanding when we forgot some important items and had to return to the property. Overall, the property was amazing and would return another time!

Carol, thank you for your understanding. There was a mis-communication with our cleaning lady, and sadly the bed and the sheet were not changed. We reached a suitable agreement and the guest enjoyed their stay. Please come back anytime.

This property was amazing. Very clean. Spacious. Alot of added touches that you don't always find in a property. You can tell they care about you having a good stay. The place is nicer in person than pictures portray. The bedding on the beds is awesome and very comfortable. We had some issues with WIFI while there but the host was very communicative and worked hard to try to resolve the issue. 10/10 would definitely book again!

Everything was amazing, the TV had different streaming services and accounts for the house to use. Little assortments of snacks, and a beautiful kitchen stocked with everything for making and saving your meals. The washer and dryer are huge! The placement is perfect for a quick run across town, or out to the local ponds and reservoirs. We had a wonderful Christmas- outside of family problems. I would recommend a few dark colored towels especially for families that stay. The white towels only are kinda nerve racking. The only little annoyance was the middle toilet runs after flushing, so you just have to press lightly on the handle to stop it. The home was perfect and we were very blessed to be able to stay.

This was an excellent option for my wife, son, and I to stay in while we visited our family in Sherman, Texas for five days. We had so much room to spread out and each do various things that we needed to accomplish when not with family. I was able to continue work from the home office while enjoying the view out the front window. The house was beautiful and immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked breakfast there each morning. All of the furnishing were so comfortable - beds, linens, towels, chairs, recliners, couch, etc. We had easy access to town via Loop 1417 or via US 75. Fast food restaurants are minutes away. We will stay here again in the future.

Property in great condition, very clean and new, didn’t get address and access instructions till mid morning check in day and was just little concerned, we have to leave early that morning to head to Sherman and was hoping we would have no problems, we didn’t but would have liked more info little sooner , website site said 3 days prior to checking in

Our property is a cul-de-sac with little traffic. It feels very roomy with lots of parking. The backyard is huge and could hold another house. So you and friends are welcome for special events. Weddings, graduation, Aniversaries and so on. We are experts at furnishing with high quality in all aspects. The house floor plan is great and nobody feels cramped. You can sleep over 10 adults and sit over 12. You will feel welcome.
