- NOBODY CAN ENTER THE PROPERTY THAT IS NOT PART OF THE RESERVATION.
- DURING THE DAY THE VOLUME MUST BE MODERATE. IT CANNOT BE HEARD FROM THE STREET AND MUST NOT DISTURB THE NEIGHBORS AROUND THE HOUSE.

Every detail about this home has been carefully thought out in order to provide our guests to the best possible experience while in Puerto Rico. This house offers five spacious bedrooms in which three have their en suite bathrooms, one extra bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms, a half bathroom, full kitchen and dining area, and a living room. Exterior entertainment spaces are a major element of this house offering an exterior covered bar, a pool, a tanning deck, a covered terrace, large seating area and a backyard. Its pristine location can't get any better as you will enjoy the great Atlantic Ocean within a couple of minutes walking from the house, plenty of different gastronomy and night scene options in the Loiza and Mcleary street also within walking or short uber distance, airport 5-10 minute drive, pharmacies and supermarkets also within walking distance and short Uber ride.

What’s not to love about this beautiful home? The gated community felt incredibly safe, and the local bars and restaurants were warm and welcoming. Thank you for being such a great host!

We were really looking forward to this trip, but unfortunately our stay came with several issues that significantly affected our experience. One of our friends was injured due to slipping on the rocks by the edge of the pool and slicing her foot on a broken slab near the pool, which resulted in a hospital visit with 15 stitches and unexpected travel changes. While accidents happen, we didn’t receive the assistance or follow-through we were told we would, which was disappointing during an already stressful situation.We also dealt with ongoing maintenance issues throughout the stay. Water entered the double bed bedroom every time it rained, even during light rainfall though the host liked to say otherwise. The maintenance man himself said it’s clear that this has been going on for some time now considering the obvious water damage in their wooden floors. and this was never resolved. We had no running hot water for part of the trip, and although maintenance did visit, nothing was actually fixed beyond mopping the outdoor deck that ONE time. Communication around the situation was unclear, and we often felt like we were left to manage these issues on our own.The property has potential, but based on our experience, it needs better upkeep and more consistent communication when issues arise. I hope the host addresses these concerns for future guests. I would not recommend this property for families with small children as there are a few safety issues that could be addressed.

My family of 10 adults stayed for a week to celebrate my grandmother's birthday. We all had plenty of space to hang out together and there are enough bedrooms that we could escape if we needed to. Wifi and AC worked great. The pool was clean and refreshing. Kitchen area is a little small, but we were able to cook plenty of meals with no problem. The grocery store is super close, and the beach is a leisurely 10 minute walk. The Barbacoa restaurant nearby has great BBQ and is walking distance. A great experience all around. We will definitely book again!

Great stay

The property was great! Looked exactly how the photos looked online. Great location to everything. The property manager was very responsive. They brought extra towels to the house when I asked for them. Everything worked properly. I would love to stay again.

Loved the pool!

I stayed here with my family (7 adults and 3 children). The pool and outdoor area were our favorite part of the house. The pool was great for lounging in and the shallow part was the perfect depth for toddlers and children, who could touch the ground with their feet and walk around comfortably. The house is very close to a grocery store, which came in handy for us. Communication with our host was also easy and prompt. There is one parking space within the gate and street parking in front of the house is also available.

Christmas in Puerto Rico

Our family of 8 had plenty of room and bathrooms! Lots of places to gather but we had great privacy when we needed our alone time. We used Uber instead of renting a car and they had no problems getting to us in the gated community. Beware, Puerto Rico loves Christmas and the fireworks were going off until 2am on a few nights. The pool was lovely and this was a great house!!!!

Perfect property!

Our family of 9 stayed at this property. It exceeded our expectations! It was very clean with plenty of space. We felt safe, the outdoor area worked great for our family. The supermarket was a few steps away, as was the beach. We would highly recommend this home for a family or large group!

Absolutely Perfect Family Location

Our family had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful and clean. Camila is very responsive with any questions. The location couldn't be better for families. It was an easy 2-3 block walk to the beach, the supermarcado is literally right around the corner. Pickup for our rainforest tour was a short 7 minute walk. Uber to Old San Juan was only about 10-15 minutes and $5-7, so it was easy to get around. It was wonderful to come back to cool off in the pool after a long day of exploring. Tons of restaurants are a short walk or easy Uber ride away. Amazing!

Villa Azure - April 2023

We were in Puerto Rico for my daughter's wedding. Villa Azure was awesome and we really enjoyed lounging by the pool and it was a short walk to the beach. There is a grocery store a half block away, and we found a couple really good restaurants within walking distance. Belen was great to work with and communication was excellent.

Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay at Villa Azure! The pool is in amazing condition and was kept clean throughout our stay. The proximity to the grocery store was SO convenient for a large group. Our only hangup was that a cooler wasn't available as listed, but we were able to purchase a disposable one at the store. Communication with Belen was great throughout the week. We really enjoyed our time at the Villa!

Amazing stay

Great for a base of Operations

The house is a great spot as a base for a friend gathering. The outside pool area is well set up for hanging out during the day and night (good chairs, outside BR, bar) and the pool was great and clean. Also good location with easy Uber access to downtown hotel bars etc and to Old San Juan. The beds are comfortable (would like to have had mattress pads) and the place was very clean. The neighborhood is pretty quiet,,, except for the rooster :). Our host was very nice but found the communication slow on requests or updates. We had asked for recs on restaurants etc in area and never heard back. The place would benefit from a Book of info on site, to provide info /recommendations on local area, restaurants, house stuff, etc.The kitchen is not usable so if you plan on cooking/eating on site it will be very tricky. There were two warped small fry pans and no baking pans/cookie sheet - very few utensils.

Birthday Trip

This house is awesome! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. The supermarket couldn't be any closer and everyone was helpful. Several restaurants, food trucks, and a coffee house are within walking distance and the food was great.

House in Santurce

Excellent large house in Santurce, walking distance to the beach. It comfortably housed our group of eight people. The backyard pool and entertainment area was an added bonus.

Amazing week

Our group of friends had a great week staying here! Belen was very responsive and made communication easy. The house was very clean and a great set up for multiple couples staying together. The outdoor area was great, we got a lot of use out of the pool and watching tv outside while playing cards. The house was conveniently located close to great restaurants and the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here!

All Family Vacay

The host, Belen, was very communicative/responsive. The house was very nice and met all our needs for our family of nine. Close to beaches, Condado, restaurants, but rental car recommended, it helped getting around much easier. Neighborhood and surrounding area felt safe, house secure. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

This property was ideal for our family of eight, including a two year old. The property is was well appointed. We were able to grill out on two evenings. There’s a great butcher nearby— Cut. Also, a grocery store nearby. The pool was fun for lounging around.

Great stay in great location

This property is as advertised. Great location. The grocery store is right next door. Walkable to several restaurants and stores. Also a short walk to the beach. No issues with noise with a party of 8. Would recommend to anyone with a large group.

Perfect for our group

Nice and clean. Plenty of bathrooms for the amount of guests. Beds were comfortable. Pool and outside area very relaxing. Could use more outdoor seating as our group had 8 adults. Overall great stay.

The great space lot and the opportunities to redesign that its original layout of this home gave us was perfect for what we were looking for as a vacation rental investment. This property is conveniently located in a residential neighborhood only 3 blocks from the beautiful atlantic ocean in Ocean park Beach and only a 5-10 minute walk from one of the most active streets for gastronomy, night scene, shops and cafes.
This home features the tranquility of being a family residential neighborhood but also the proximity to many active areas that a family or friends vacation could greatly enjoy within walking distance.
