The space
Northern Lights #16 offers a spacious layout filled with natural light, where vaulted ceilings and two-story windows frame views of the surrounding forest and village. The living area creates a cozy retreat with its gas fireplace and 55” Sony Smart TV, perfect for relaxed evenings while snow falls outside. The open flow connects to a dining area for eight and a kitchen that features granite countertops and stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, making shared meals smooth and unhurried. A heated mudroom and large single-car garage provide easy space for winter gear, while in-suite laundry keeps wardrobes ready for another day on the slopes.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper-level primary bedroom includes a king bed, sitting area, 50” Sony Smart TV, and an ensuite with heated floors, a rain shower, handheld shower, and double vanity. On the main level, a second bedroom offers a king split bed with a nearby bathroom and shower. The lower level features a queen bedroom with generous storage and a fourth bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. This level also includes a bathroom with a double vanity, two toilets, a shared bathtub, and a stand-up shower, along with a fourth shower beside the steam room.
Outdoor living
Winter days end comfortably with time in the private hot tub on the lower deck or a soothing session in the therapeutic steam room. The upper balcony offers forest and mountain views year-round, with a BBQ grill and seating for those who enjoy crisp outdoor moments even in colder months.

The kitchen is equipped for home cooking with a full range of appliances, cookware, and a dining table that encourages slow mornings or relaxed dinners after skiing. A dedicated workspace and high-speed wifi allow you to stay connected when needed.

Air conditioning is available in the primary bedroom, the main floor king-split room, and the living area. Essentials like heating, an indoor fireplace, bathroom essentials, and bedroom and laundry amenities are all provided. Guests also have access to a safe, private entrance, outdoor furniture, and free parking in the garage.
Ski access & neighborhood
Guests can reach Whistler Village and the gondolas in about two minutes by car or taxi. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The ski-in route ends above the Northern Lights neighbourhood at a set of approximately 100 stairs that must be descended to reach the home. For ski-out, guests climb the same stairs and follow the trail back to the Lower Olympic Run. Access is typically available from late December through March, depending on snow conditions.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. The location blends alpine seclusion with unbeatable proximity to dining, shopping, and lifts, making it ideal for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.
